I purchased a living social coupon Monday July 14 and have called everyday and left a message to schedule an appointment. Well needless to say that today is Friday July 18 10:30 am and nobody has yet to returned my call. Finally I just requested a refund from living social.

terrible terrible terrible. i set up a suprise appt for a 60 min deep tissue masasge for my fiancée for his birthday. the appt was for 11am today. my fiancée knocked on the dorr of the «business» for 30 minutes. no one ever came to the door. we have been calling since his scheduled appt time of 11am… its now 4:30pm…no answer. i paid for his visit ahead of time. i dont even want to use the certificate in the future. this company is horrible and should not be referred to as a business.

This place is a hidden gem! When you walk in the door, you enter a beautiful, fresh and new spa. The staff are warm, professional and courteous. We were quickly shown to an upstairs room for couples massages. My husband and I had Alexa and Jasmine massage us– both masseurs were great. They regularly checked in with us to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of the service. The best piece: our taxi failed to show, and the owner, Kenny Winston dropped us back to our hotel! Now that’s customer service! Great team; great spa — check it out!
