We decided to come here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Well this was a mistake! 1) Had to wait too long to be seated. There were several empty spots and two staff members walked right by me without even acknowledging my presence. 2) It took too long again to order then receive our drinks. 3) We ordered cheesy bread and two medium pizzas. Again the bread took entirely too long to come out and when it did the pizzas immediately followed. 4) Almost forgot… the plates we had were all dirty! So gross. The only good thing and the only reason for two stars was that our server was nice, polite and very apologetic. I’ll order take out next time. Maybe!!!

Walked in and was seated — I went to the bathroom while my husband was seated. He was never asked what he wanted to drink, I returned and the woman behind us was waited on and we we were never even acknowledged. We remained seated for 5 minutes from that time and were never waited on. Needless to say we walked out, while two waitresses were chit chatting by the hostess stand.

Took 20 minutes to place a drink order. SO bad. Never going back and I suggest you do the same.

Ordered deliver at 9:50 on a Wednesday evening, they are open until midnight. We received our order in about forty minutes. One of our pizzas was cold and we were charged a $ 2.00 delivery fee, in addition to tipping the guy who delivered our food. We called to speak to the manager and tell her(Ann) about the experience and all she did was offer us a coupon. We just spent $ 17 and some change for two medium pizzas that took forever to get here and one of which had to be heated up.

We actually avoid Pizza Huts in general now. My last experience was at this location. Went to dinner with out of town friends with a child that could not tolerate specific foods(so ordered a plain pizza because of it.) We ordered two pizzas and when one showed up we decided to wait until the other showed up because we didn’t want to eat without the child eating also. After a polite wait I went up to the servers area and asked when we would see our other pizza and the waitress went nuts claiming I pulled her hair. The other servers went into gang mode and I never touched the woman. Not only do we not eat there but there are so many other pizza establishments that it won’t be missed. Try Pat’s Pizza instead.

So it was 8pm on a Sunday night. I walked into this place hoping to order some wings/pizza to go. The sign on the door said they close at 12am. The place was completely empty. This female who looked like a waitress looked almost startled when she saw me — I must have been her first customer for the day, or the first 5’4″ female she’s seen in her life, or first Asian, not sure. As I asked if I could order to go, she looked me up and down and said I have to approach the register area to order. I wasn’t thinking of walking straight to their restroom to place the order anyway so I approached their register area and politely asked a guy behind the counter if there’s a take out menu. He said they didn’t have one and that they were waiting for the establishment to make such menu available. So my first question is, since when did Pizza Hut have a dress code? Should I not order pizza wearing corduroy pants and a down-filled puffer coat? There should have been a sign that warns clueless people like me of the proper etiquette at a Pizza Hut Restaurant — a stare down will not suffice. There’s a TJ Maxx across the street, I would have easily gotten myself a business suit and properly sat myself at a table. Fair warning though, I tried eating wings with silverware before and the wings ended up on my face. If other customers walked in to such a sight and took their patronage to McDonald I apologize in advance. Also, I would have offered my profuse apology if I ignorantly took a Pizza Hut Restaurant for a regular Pizza Hut. But I did see stacks of cardboard pizza boxes as the guy was telling me that it was humanly impossible for me to order to go without a physical, separate to go menu. Those boxes must have been meant to be served at the restaurant tables only.

Let me start by saying that the staff at this location is really friendly and accommodating. While the take-out area can get really busy and overwhelmed, the wait staff have always been on the ball. Now for the pizza. It is not NY style pizza, but have you tried the new toppings and sauces? They have FRESH spinach and give you a ton if you ask for it. They have a really tasty new crushed tomato sauce which is my favorite, but they also have many other new options like honey sriracha. The prices are very affordable and they are stepping up their game. I just wish they delivered a little further.
