Pizza Boli’s

This place has the worst customer service ever! After over an hour of waiting we called and they said it had already left the store. Then another hour went by… called…same answer. Another 30 minutes and called again… was told the order was sitting in the window waiting for us to pick it up. All this was after we initially called the first time to place a delivery order and the guy repeated our address back to us to make sure he came to the right place. Unbelievable!

DO NOT ORDER from here. Staff is extremely RUDE! And the manager Ali really has an attitude problem.

Great late night pizza and the delivery was super fast for late night!

I placed an order at this Parkville Pizza Boli’s and waited over an hour for my food before calling to inquire about my order. I gave the girl my address and was told my food was on the way. Another hour later, after waiting two hours for my food, I called and was placed on hold. A manager got on the phone and said «There was a problem with the computer. Do you still want the food.» There was no apology. I told him I ordered online and they charged my card so of course I want my food. He then said «We did charge your card. You did it online.» This guy got worse with the rude remarks the longer we stayed on the phone. I will NEVER order from this store again and would not suggest anyone else do so either. There are several other places to get pizza in the area but this guy acted like I had to deal with the disrespect as if it was the only pizza in town. There pizza is probably the worse of all the Pizza Boli’s I’ve tried anyway. I accidently placed my order for this one instead of the one I usually use on Sinclair Lane. STAY AWAY FROM THE PARKVILLE STORE!
