My roommate and I placed an order online for 10 piece hot buffalo wings, French fries and a cheese steak subs. Took my order and 1 hour and 30 mins to be delivered. My fries were cold and then my hot buffalo wings had no sauce. I immediately call them and was told the wings have sauce. I asked if I can email them a picture and the supervisor yells on the phone the there sauce on there it’s breaded on the wings. I’ve been a customer for years and slowly they have been giving horrible service well I had enough… you lost a customer. Where’s the sauce… for the wings??? People you be the judge

The service at this restaurant is a joke! My food has been late almost 2 hours multiple times! The drivers are incompetent and have no sense of direction and some are lazy and have asked me, the paying customer, to come and out get the food! Plus on the multiple occasions of waiting 2 hours for the food when it does arrive something I ordered is missing! But the kicker is the manager when I called to voice my displeasure he went about how successful this location is that may be but they have lost a customer in me and hope they think about that!

Coming from New Jersey, there are tons of pizzeria options. It ranges from coal fired, wood burning, and regular ovens. However, in Baltimore, you are unable to find this magnitude of options. Boli’s is very popular at the JHU campus and they offer decent pizza. The dough is extremely dense and cheese is not the best. However, if you are looking for quick pizza, you should order from here.

Food never came. After 1.5 hours, called them and was told the driver was probably right outside. After 2 hours, cancelled the order.
Edit: this was in the afternoon, long after lunch and well before rush hour. The order was a small, simple one.

Update 1. Maroula G, who is the something like their customer service manager, reached out to me after posting my review. She claimed they take pride in their food and its quality and that they wanted to make it right and make my order for me again. Never happened. I even followed up at a later time, but she didn’t bother responding. And now a year has now passed. Doesn’t seem like they actually care about their customers. HAHA C’est la vie. Considering they offer what a bazillion other places offer in the area, no sweat off my back. Anyway, thought I’d update and share my overall experience.
Update 2. Maroula G reached out to me this morning and worked quickly to make things right. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and the food is better next time. I will do another update after next order.

Ordered a chicken tikka pizza online the other day for pickup… sometimes they don’t check their online stuff so I called. After some confusion they said they got the order and said will be ready in 20mins. Pizza itself was very tasty but about 30 mins later I was doubled over with abdominal cramps and bad gas. Hubby was fine but he says he gets sick here every other time we order. There was a slice left over which I had the next day. Stupid me. Again tasty… but about an hour or so later I felt sick and wanted to vomit. Ugh. We think it was bad /​undercooked chicken. I very rarely get food poisoning. Last time was over 4 years ago. My stomach is still recovering but needless to say I will not be ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered various kinds of pizza to be delivered from here. Pizza is pretty average and not especially great, but it’s pizza. I’d still recommend Papa Johns over this, but delivery times are usually within the hour, pizza arrives hot, and they’re open late.

I’ve ordered from this place twice. The mozzarella sticks are on point. And they have good cheesecakes surprisingly. But the second time I ordered they took 1 hour to get me only half my order and when I called immediately upon getting half my order then took another half an hour to bring the rest. Also their western fries with cheese SUCK. When you order cheesy fries you expect good fries drenched in amazing cheesy sauce. Not for them. It was literally overdone potato wedges with white cheese melted onto it. Looked like they simply sprinkled some shredded white cheese and then nuked it in a microwave. Biggest disappointment I’ve ever had ordering food.

Pizza Boli’s is the not the best pizza in the city.
However, it is very consistently good pizza that is always cheap and ready when they say it will be.
The small one-​topping pickup deal for $ 5.30 is truly unbeatable. Plus they do 2 for 1 on Mondays.
There aren’t too many consistently great things to look forward to in this world, but this Pizza Boli’s is one of them.

We eat here all the time. Not only is delivery fast but the food is surprisingly delicious!!! The Greek salad is loaded with lots of goodies, not just a bunch of cheap ass lettuce. Pizza is always cooked right. They are the only local spot to put a lot of spinach on a pizza and not a single leaf like Dominos does. Calzones are huge and fresh, enough for two meals. The owner knows what he’s doing!!!

I ordered delivery from this place, fried mushrooms and honey bbq wings. It took about an hour to arrive. I’m a bit disappointed with the food though. Everything was mediocre. The wings looked like regular wings but honey bbq sauce thrown on top of it, it wasn’t even cooked with the wings. The fried mushrooms were okay, nothing spectacular.
UPDATE:
I recently ordered western fries, mozzarella sticks and jumbo buffalo wings. First of all the bag was falling apart when it arrived, the marinara sauce spilled EVERYWHERE. The western fries were soggy and thrown together. The jumbo buffalo wings were not jumbo at all and they were teeny tiny. I don’t think I’ll ever order from here again.
