Best place to Hangout. Nice place for hookah in baltimore at night. Pleasant Ambience

As a hookah enthusiast I was pleasantly surprised by this lounge. The owner is very nice and knows how to pack a bowl. Seating is comfortable and the music is not loud. Definitely my favorite lounge I have ever been to. The owner uses natural coals on fruit bowls. My only recommendation for here is for them to offer more shisha brands as they only have AF. All hookahs are KM as well as the hoses. Come here if you are looking to relax and enjoy a good smoke. Also bring cash, the owner said he was in the process of getting square set up.

To keep it 9 more than 91 with you, I did not want to rate or review Pearl Lounge. Why? Because people know how to ruin a great thing. I don’t want to come back to Pearl Lounge and find out that a bunch of Unilocalers (I’m looking at y’all) and find out that this gem is no longer shinin’. You feel me? On a serious note, Pearl Lounge, in my opinion, is the best hookah spot in Baltimore. Here’s why:
–Ambiance: Once you arrive you, you will notice that it is smaller compared to places such as Midnight Kings (Baltimore) and Chi-​Cha Lounge (D.C). However, what makes Pearl Lounge stand out is the lighting and the furniture. Even though the area was smaller than what I’m accustomed to, my group still felt like we had our own separate space.
–Ownership: The owner of Pearl Lounge is one of the most laid-​back and personable owners I have ever met. He made my group feel at home and made sure we were satisfied. We talked for a good bit throughout the night and had a couple of laughs in between.
–Music: It’s funny because when we showed up, Arabic music was playing, which was totally fine by me. After that, it flipped to Nas’ classic album «Illmatic», some Chris Breezy, some Beyonce, and then SOMEHOW flipped to Tyga’s «Hotel California» later on. Now, one of those artists don’t fit within the list I just mentioned; I’ll leave that up to you to figure out which one.
–Cost: We were here for at least 3 hours. The total cost for hookah and two glasses (drinking glasses are extra since this is a BYOB spot) cost less than what I spent at any other hookah place that I have been to.
No doubt there will be times that I will be back within the near future. If any Unilocalers are trying to get a group of people together to go, don’t forget to find me too, somewhere.

Grape Mint hookah on a grapefruit is the special here. Owner is so accommodating. Lamb shawarma and fries are just yum. Highly recommend this place

I really liked the vibe of this Hookah Lounge. The owner was really friendly and always kept the coals going. The music was really random. Sometimes Arabic, sometimes Trap. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be going back.

My friends and I came to Baltimore for a National Conference. We had a flight leave at 6am and so we didn’t want to go to sleep just for an hour after our last night hoorah celebration. So we Unilocaled this place and it was absolutely amazing! The owner was so cool just to keep it open for us and let us chill til 4am! You gotta visit this place when you go to Baltimore. Hands down the best experience we had here so far!

Amazing hooka experience the best I have ever had! We came here to celebrate my friend’s bday and it was the best hooka that I have had! The owner was so personal I can tell that he takes pride in his lounge! We definitely will be back
This location is BYOL and there is a 15 dollar charge but I think it’s worth it they are open till 4 am
I can completely understand why they have 5 stars the deserve it!
Just a tip don’t be afraid to knock on the door call if it’s locked!

Awesome lounge. Nice and relaxing early in the evening, more lively as the night goes on. Nice traditional place as opposed to most Americanized locations in the area. Great hookah and great service.

I am here now and this is the most phenomenal hookah lounge I’ve been to on the east coast :) the watermelon and mint shisha inside a grape fruit is AMAZING. The vibe is your favorite uncle’s living room, included with favorite uncle who serves you delicious complimentary food (delicious stuffed grape leaves and best samosa-​type things I’ve had). Go a few places down and get some colt 45… it pairs amazingly with everything here :)

For my first time here, it was great! The service allow will definitely bring me back. So attentive!!! And the grape mint hookah was really good. Will be coming back.

Found out that the owner is trying to start selling hookah at nights. Since sits new, the place isn’t too crowded. I like because e which is nice so no wait. The hookah is really good and the service is nice — they come around with new coal often. And they come around to blow out the sheeshah when it’s starting to get harsh. Service is great. Downside is that they don’t sell alcohol but it’s BYOB, which could be a plus. However, bring alcohol, they charge $ 10. FYI there is a liquor place right across the street. CASH ONLY

If you are looking for a cookie cutter American hookah spot, this is not for you.
I love this place, it’s authentic middle eastern hookah. The owner was beyond nice everytime I’ve been. Even letting us taste his culture foods. He plays Arabic movies and music and the whole feel is amazing almost like you left Baltimore when you walk in the doors.
The owner always has awesome combinations of hookah I’ve never tried before.
It’s byob but there’s a liquor store right across the street.
Will definitely be back.

Brought friends here on 1÷9÷15. It was the first time smoking hookah for one of them. Everyone had a great time and we now have a new hookah fan because of our experience there. Great hospitality from Dina and ray

Just got out of work. Feeling like having a hookah stoped by me favorite place in Baltimore city pearl lounge I just love this place hookahs awesome the music is nice and after work I always like something light to eat and they a really good falafel

After watching the game we needed a place where we can forget about the lost we googled hookah lounge around us and this place showed up it was really good I liked it the music was nice a very Zane place in my opinion

It’s a very nice hookah lounge, the price is decent compared to other lounges I visited
The orange mint they gave was perfectly mixed, and the side dish falafel was amazing, and hummus was decent
Overall it’s a cool place to hangout — parking is not bad ull get street parking
I would recommend definitely visit this place again.
I got a free cake and to my surprise it was really delicious

Be ready for an authentic version of hookah. I watched a film in Arabic. They translated for me. Chill spot

Omg i just found the most perfect spot for a hookah i had a grape mint one it was delicious and on top of that they have falafel sandwiches how about that and for whoever is reading this post u guys must checkit.

Very nice atmosphere and we enjoyed seeing Arab people around and the hooka is great with fast service that we got .in addition to the owner of the shop is very helpful. wishing you enjoy your visit as we did.
