P.F. Chang’s

I visited this location a few weeks ago while in town for a business trip with my boyfriend. We arrived late enough in the evening so there was no wait for a table. We were greeted by our server, Veronyka, who was absolutely fantastic. She introduced us to the large menu and suggested several of her favorites, as well as cocktails to get us started. I chose the Cranberry Ginger Mule (a refreshingly sweet gin drink) and boyfriend had an Old Fashioned. For dinner, we decided on the Chang’s For Two prix-​fixe menu, as well as the Ahi Tartare with Avocado.
Ahi Tartare with Avocado: Yum! Wonton crisps fell apart too easily, but were easy enough to pick up with a fork.
Prix-​Fixe Menu
1^st course: Hot & Sour soup for me, Egg Drop soup for him.
2^nd course: Dynamite Shrimp. Spicy!!!
3^rd course: Orange Peel Chicken for me, Chang’s Spicy Chicken for him. I really liked my dish, boyfriend said his wasn’t spicy enough, but good.
4^th course: Sweet Cream-​Filled Wontons. Tasted like cheesecake!
Food was great, service was beyond amazing. Veronyka kept visiting with us and made us feel right at home. She did a great job. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

This is the most inefficient pf changs I have ever been to. I normally don’t write reviews but the manager and the people at the take out desk are all over the place and have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention really rude. Never going to the one on East Pratt Street and will recommend to others.

This is a fairly decent Chinese place located walking distance from the aquarium (which I would say is a phenomenal place on it’s own). The last time I went here I ordered the sweet n’ sour chicken from the lunch menu. That was when I realized how dang slow this place is. When I finally got my lunch I found out how relatively small my dish was. The sweet n’ sour chicken was good but the rice was very bland. I might come here again, but I won’t ever order that dish.

OK dining experience, but nothing to write home about. Our dinner reservation was late 7:30PM. It was 20 minutes before we received water and our appetizers were put in the POS system. In our servers defense, we were a party of 10. On the other hand, we were about the only party in the dining room (most others finished & paid. Food was good as always at PF Chang’s, but this location was not one of the better ones.

So I went in for lunch yesterday and I apologize my review is late.
I ordered the pairing the chicken lettuce wraps w two crab wontons and then the ginger chicken and broccoli. Everything was perfect and tasted delicious.
As well the bartender was friendly and upbeat.
The only issue was those who ordered carryout the where close to my dining area.
The Women’s bathroom was clean, tidy, smelled fresh.
I will dine at this location again in the near future.

The food was great. Love the location near the inner harbor. They gave us small envelope with a coupon you can’t open till next visit great discount and your leftover food they put in the cutest Lil box. I enjoyed my visit.

Was in baltimore for the towman convention and decided to give PF Chang a try. I’ve been here before in my city and because every where else was crowded we decided to give it a try… (we figured we couldnt go wrong being as though we like the food already)!!! and shout out to MORGAN for being a top notch server. She provided quality service from start to finish. I actually liked the Baltimore PF CHANG better than the one in my city. I left full and still a valued customer.

We went in for a late lunch — early supper. The bartender was extremely attentive. We ordered a bunch of appetizers — the ribs are always good — no great! The dumplings and spring rolls were great. They brought things out just when we were ready for them. Looking out the window was pleasant. I could spend many afternoons just snacking here.

Great lobster rolls, they were spicy and delicious.
Good service and nice location.

$ 30 for beef and broccoli and spicy chicken. Miniscule portion for ok food. Very disappointed with value and I feel completely ripped off. Never doing takeout again.

You have to try the Chang’s Lobster Fried Rice! It’s really good — ordered it today together with Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Lettuce Wrap. I’m giving this place 3 stars because after almost 4 years of patronizing this place, the best tasting dishes we’ve got were just from the last 2 visits only. They must have a NEW chef! If not, I would’ve rated it a 2.
Over the years, the service and food were nothing great! They were mostly disappointing. Why do we still go to this place? Answer: The location is very convenient as it is right at the Inner Harbor/​E. Pratt area. My husband and I also have had issues with the service staff a couple of times in the past — mistake with our orders, rude/​unprofessional staff, very long waiting time, etc. Obviously it reflects the overall rating for this restaurant.
Having said that, the last two most current visits both from the month of August were satisfactory. One was dine-​in and the other one was for takeout. I wanted to make sure that I post a review and give credit to two excellent servers Veronica and Darryl. Friendly, polite, professional and just the kind of people PF Chang’s should be hiring. Veronica was very pleasant, she assisted us with our orders, gave suggestions about the menu/​new items. She made sure throughout our dinner that we were being taken care of. Darryl was polite, professional and thorough. It was evident that he’s knowledgeable about his work. There were 5 of us waiting to order/​pick up our food and he was able to handle everyone with ease.
I will be back and I look forward to writing an updated review — hopefully a 4 or 5 star next time. We’re happy with the improvements!

No star, hate this place bad bad service didn’t offer me table just cause they didn’t want to clean it. GOOD FOOD BAD SERVICE. If your able combine these two I don’t think you’r in the right industry

I should have known the quality had went down when I went in at prime dinner time (8pm on Friday) and only 6 – 7 tables were filled. My party of four ordered appetizers, drinks, main courses and desserts. All the food was extra greasy. The two chicken dishes were horrible and tasteless. I am a P. F. Chang loyal customer in Las Vegas and VA. This place should not bear the name compared to the others. Corporate need to secret shop the Baltimore P. F. Chang to see the low customer count and sample the food best on corporate standards. I have had better inter-​city Chinese take than what we were served. I will only return if Corporate comes in with better cooks and revamp current staff. By the way no problem with service so still left a 20% tip./

Great Staff. The food taste is totally different from the PF changs in Columbia and Rockville. If you are going here expecting the same taste that you are use to… you are in for a surprise. Just as example i ordered the chicken lettuce wraps and the chicken was burnt and also gave me a bad after taste of pork ??? i have no clue how pork got mixed. I will not be going to this place again.

Food always comes out hot. It’s not the most flavorful of Asian cuisine, but when you add the casual upbeat vibe and decent service it’s an enjoyable dining experience.
I will say that it is a little more expensive than it needs to be.

Love this place! Has all the classic Chinese dishes and a great selection of cocktails, wines, and beers. We had Kate as our server and she was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. We opted to do the changs for two which was only $ 40 for 4 course meal! Practically a steal. I opted for the Chang’s spicy chicken on Kate’s recommendation and my date had the kung pao shrimp both of which were delicious. For our appetizer we had the chicken lettuce wraps which were mouth watering. I enjoyed the egg drop soup and my date had the hot and sour both of which were great. For dessert we had the cream cheese wontons. The cocktails are not to be skipped here. I opted for the mai tai and a spiked lemon tea and my date had local beers.
I will definitely be coming back again and again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
So my noodles were delicious and everything was fine until after we were done. I waited for my server to come out and after patiently waiting 30mins (with her nowhere to be seen), I asked two other servers to send my server to my table (if they saw her). It’s a plausible request, considering the amount of time I had already waited. Was there a «don’t serve Asians» at the door? Because both servers (a male and female) BLATANTLY IGNORED me! It wasn’t until i SHOUTED «excuse me» that the girl finally looked my way. Oh and her attitude! The girl gave me such attitude for calling her over, you would have thought I asked for rice imported from China. Also it was apparent that the male had heard me too because the moment my server came out, he signaled my table to her. I mean how could he have not heard me? I said excuse me at least 20 times, in varying tones!
Sure, call me crazy, insane but to type out every detail is a bit tiring so maybe it seems the story seems like I’m being picky on one tiny detail. One thing is for sure, I’ll come back when all the servers learn some manners… meaning NEVER.

You know what you get at a PF Chang’s — solid but not spectacular Asian fusion that is a little pricy. At least the lunch specials introduce a small soup. Mongolian Beef is always a safe bet. Love the potstickers.
Restaurant was fairly empty for lunch hour and the service was slowwwww. I felt like our waitress disappeared for a bit

Gross inside. Usually stop at Pf Changs to get a quick bite, usually decent food. This place is totally mismanaged and really dirty. It’s a shame, most of Changs are clean .
Won’t be returning to this one. :-(

While we walk in, the greeter was so friendly. That’s always a positive when walking into a restaurant. Unfortunately, our waitress was not that friendly. Maybe she should stay behind the bar and stick to bartending.
Anyway, our food was great. The sushi, not so much — they need to take it off the menu cause someone who is not Asian is clearly not making them.
I give them 2 stars down because of the waitress and my sushi, I mean really — how are you gonna have an Asian restaurant with terrible sushi.
