She was late and didn’t let me know so I stood there for 20 minutes in a dark dirty hallway, showed up with her kids, talked in her phone majority of my appointment, allowed her kids to disrupt and be rude. Chipped 2 hours after I left her place. Waste of time, money and patience. Don’t go here.

I bought Groupon to try this place and didn’t even make it inside. Walking up to place is scary. Tall grass and weeds everywhere. Front door has glass pane that has been punched out. Go in and it’s dark and smells like smoke and looks like a boarding house. When u walk in there are several doors. Found one with clock saying would return at whatever time it said. Didn’t have sign to even indicate it was salon. Was very creepy and owner wasn’t even there she called was running late. I left because didn’t feel safe. Sent pic to Groupon and they still list this place. I even took pic and sent it to them. Do not go!!!

Very junky nail shop. I felt very rushed with my service. My gel nails were horrible. Short and thick. I have lovely natural nails and the gel make them look false. I will never return

The most unprofessional «salon» I have ever been to! It might as well be in someone’s decrepit basement. There’s limited street parking with some ghetto backyard driveway that will scrape the exhaust system from under your car. The «salon» is a filthy room strewn with junk. Jessica the owner and only employee (as there was no else there let alone any other stations) brought her child with her, who pestered me the whole time I was getting my gel mani with non stop questions about where my child was, did I have a mommy, a daddy, etc. && the child –even though asked multiple times to sit down and watch whatever children’s program Jessica had playing ignored her mothers multiple requests and continued to annoy me. The bathroom was not working and the place smelled of sewage. It appears she only opens and closes for her individual clients and doesn’t have a steady stream of clients (which I am not surprised by at all) to be open through out the business day. My gel mani/​pedi took well over 2 hours, only to be rushed out at the end. My nails chipped 2 days later and there were air bubbles in my manicure. This is clearly not a place of business nor a place you could relax and enjoy yourself at. Save your money NOT worth it in the long run!!!

I really had a great time when i was there… I loved my mani and pedi… but it was after that really upset me… a day after my GEL Manicure my nails started to chip… i thought to myself this can not be… i called and called but was never called back or the phone was never answered… i wasnt doing any strenuous work or anything with my hand so i feel there is no way that they should have chipped like they did

I bought a Goupon for this place and figured it would be ok for the deal. It was a good deal but I wouldn’t go back. It wasn’t a super nice facility. Definitely didn’t feel clean enough to be dealing with nails. I went and ended up taking over 2 hours to do pedicure and gel mani. She was running 30+mins behind schedule. Gel didn’t last long. Felt rushed. She is nice but I won’t be going back. Definitely worth spending more for a nicer job done and nicer facility.

Do not go here! I was a bit skeptical about the looks of the place but thought I would give it a try since I got a great deal on groupon. I got a gel manicure and pedicure for $ 25. My gel manicure started chipping after two days! They are supposed to last 2 weeks. I would rather spend the extra $ 30 and get my nails done the right way. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

Jessica did a top-​notch pedicure and gel manicure. I really like the colors. She paid more attention to detail than other manicurists I’ve been to. There is a convenient parking lot behind her salon. It’s a little hard to see it from the street — you have to turn on overleaf. Jessica was really nice and polite. I would definitely go back!

It’s not the most desirable place for nail pampering. Jessica’s place is basic and needs some cleaning and organization. The nail colors selection are regular brand. The location is in north east Baltimore and in the street of high traffic area. Parking is limited so if you are going, you should inquire where to park. A day after, and my nails are chipping already. Jessica is nice but it is just okay, and would not go the distance to get my nails colored done here. I have other better option in Fort Lee.

I had a groupon for this salon. Jessica was super friendly and I think that she did a great job. The place is small and there is only one manicurist, but I’m all about customer service and Jessica was very nice.
