Easy to work with, punctual and great customer service. We used Mr. Moonbounce for my daughter’s birthday party, I booked online and got a confirmation email as well as a call to set a time for the glitter tattoos. Prior to the party I got a helpful reminder email to pay the balance (which I had forgotten about), then a few days before the party I got a call asking if they could drop the moonbounce off the day before (no charge for the extra time of course) as they would be very busy on Saturday the day of the reservation, this was great and so much better than an early Saturday drop off or a rushed delivery. The guys were very professional and nice, got things set up quickly. Pick up was a breeze as well.

Great service! Fast and friendly delivery staff. Best price I could find in the area. Bounce house was clean and stayed inflated for 8 hours with no issues. Will definitely use again.

We have used Mr. Moonbounce for a variety of events. From dunk tanks, to waterslides and my personal favorite the cotton candy machines. The owner is very personable and is always willing to engage in convo regarding being an entrepreneur which I love. His staff was prompt, very knowledgable and the kids always have a blast. I will definitely continue to support this company!
