I got a Groupon for laser hair removal(background: I’ve been getting laser hair treatments for years from other skin clinics, and I’m very familiar with how it goes/types of lasers/skin types, etc.). By the way, Jil R.‘s review is right: the(blonde) receptionist was not friendly at all!!! For my first treatment, Brad was great – nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the following appointment was done by an assistant who seemed deathly afraid of treating skin with any, and I mean«any» melanin(she kept referring to it as «African American skin” – confusing ethnicity with skin tone which isn’t one in the same – I’m light tawny). I understand she was trying to be «cautious» and not burn my skin, but she had the laser so low that it was ineffective. And to my horror, I read that a laser that is set too low can actually stimulate hair growth – and it DID!!! Anyway, when I tried to call ahead before my next appointment to discuss how my treatment plan had gone awry, guess what? The phone service was m.i.a. Shut down, gone! What a waste of time! And worse, I’m now hairier than I started!!! Call and get your money back!!!

Bought a Groupon and the company is no longer in business. I only used one session. No courtesy email. Wasted my money. Groupon is notorious for not vetting their clients.

I went here with a Groupon for laser hair removal, which I had never had done. Brad was wonderful, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The patient care room was very clean. The receptionist wasn’t all that friendly. But that would never hold me back from going here and recommending it to others. UPDATE: 4÷4÷13: Wow. Closed. I’m totally disappointed. I have two Groupons that I need to have refunded. I guess affordability and convenient location are not to be.
