Massey’s Pizza

Please never order food from this place! I found a sharp piece of object in my food also they spit in it! I was polite to them even with their poor attitudes i even tip the driver because i know it must be tough as a delivery man people are rude in Baltimore. I will first thing tomorrow morning contact my family lawyer and call the health department! I took pictures. I promise i will not stop until this place is investigated. I will also make a call to the local media stations. No one deserves for this to happen.

In all fairness I have ordered food from here quite often and have my favorite order of fried chicken wings and cheese steak wrap which is delicious. The orders are pretty accurate to the grub hub estimate but sometimes later than an hour. Working at the hospital I notate that a phone call is needed for me to come down since delivery is not allowed to come up. The drivers always call back to back until I answer which is frustrating but what can you do. Today was the worst the driver called and I couldn’t answer my phone for 4 minutes. He sent a text which is a picture is sent. I have never encountered anything so brazen. He even got automatically tipped :(called to complain and just got a very sheepish apology but what could the operator really do. Just be warned service is hit or miss but the food is yummy for late night. Shame I won’t be ordering anymore

We stayed at a local hotel who recommended Massey’s restaurant as the best. My daughter ordered the lasagna with beef and sausage. She received heavy marinara sauce with meatballs topped with unmelted cheese and no lasagne. It was inedible –a pile of slop. My daughter called the restaurant to try and resolve. They hung up on her three times after she told about the inedible food. The fourth time, she talked with the manager who told her that the lasagna does not come with noodles. He got loud, made threats, and told her she can’t get her money back because she already signed the form. Who does that? Who does that make sense to? He not only refused to make it right, but he lied, yelled, hung up on her and went as far as to make fun of her signing the receipt, in other words alluding to the fact that, «I got you and there is nothing you can do about it.» Stay away from these people. Massey’s is really Messy.

Don’t order from here!!! I just made an order and waited an hour for it to be delivered to my hotel room and it never came. I called to check they said they were close and do not have an order for me.
I said well who was the lady I spoke with… Their reaction was… There is no lady working here.
I guess I spoke to a F$@&ing ghost!!! So pissed I can’t see right!
My BF and I drove all the way from Ga and was starving this place was the only bs open.

It is really good, really cheap and really fast delivery. Let’s be real here; for the price, what else were you expecting? The thing the really stood out are the teriyaki wings, I would have been totally happy even if I had spent 3x as much; They were REALLY good.

So, here it is. It was a Saturday night after going out. 4 of us were starving and a little tipsy from being out all night. we went back to our hotel, Lord Baltimore, and stumbled upon this places menu. we ordered our two pizzas which were bigger than expected and the perfect night cap! They delivered our pizza to the room just a few mins after calling it in. two large and a liter of sprite for 23 bucks. yea, legit. Cheese was runny like ninja turtle style, warm and delicious! I have no complaints about this place.

As a first time traveler to Baltimore, i would expect a decent quality of food with these folks in Baltimore. Not a surprise, i was disappointed. So im going to start off by saying that I orderd online through paypal. As soon as i walked in there i realized how disgusting and humiliating their lived were. The people there would rely on their friends and their phones to have good time, nonetheless, the cashier seems to get paid by a $ 1 or 2 and even a place to stay. This place is just horrible. IF I COULD SHIT THIS PLACE DOWN, i without a doubt would. This place is DISGUSTING, not just the place but the people aswell. Not to be rude but so far this place is the only place i have encountered that humiliates the streets of Baltimore. If i die because of your food please dont bother comming to my funeral, i have had enough of your business…

I am very disappointed with both the quality of food and service at this establishment. The delivery took 1.5 hours despite their promise to deliver within 30 to 45 minutes. The food itself was absolutely atrocious, especially considering the price. In addition, I ordered and paid for a 2 liter bottle of coke and received a small bottle of diet Pepsi and a can of coke instead – not what I ordered. The fried «mushrooms» were most definitely cooked in rancid oil, the food was completely cold, and the pasta had a layer of cheese over it that resembled plastic. I definitely DO NOT recommend eating here. This is probably the worst food I have ever been sold and the most complacent service I have experienced. Had to skip dinner because putting this food in my mouth would probably end in a digestive catastrophe.

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM THIS NASTY PLACE… ALERT ! I ordered a pizza, salad, and apple pie tonight from Massey’s using
; First it took over 2.5 hours for them to deliver my food. When my wife and I called either 1. We were hung up on 2. We were threatened that they would spit in our food if we continued to ask where our food was. When the food finally arrived… The Pinapple pizza was a Peperoni Pizza NO Pinapple, the ordered apple pie was cheese cake !
I then called asking for a refund and to no surprise they refused to give me one. The people that work there are rude and food is horrible

Setting: Weeknight delivery after a long day at work. Food came hot and within the estimated time ~35 mins. Delivery guy was pleasant. Order was correct.
The order:
Chicken wings, fries and a soda — such a good deal! Chicken wings were very tasty! Probably he highlight of the meal. Crispy outside with nice seasoning. Fries were standard.
Potato salad — yummy and surprisingly light (not too heavy on the mayo), a little hint of mustard. Went well with the chicken wings.
Sweet potato mini-​pie — totally delicious (and adorable)
(To meet the delivery min, had to order another item)
Fried zucchini — not a big fan. I think it’s the kind you buy in the freezer section at the grocery store. Probably ok if you are looking for something fried after a late night at the bars.
Overall: Excellent deal! So much food, very reasonably priced. Will definitely order again when I have a fried chicken craving.

The chicken wings are one of the best, still crispy when they get delivered. This spot is also open late, much better than the other options. The pizza is not the best though.

TERRIBLE — Needs zero stars. We work at the hospital and have TRIED multiple orders and deliveries. 1. The food is mediocre at best. 2. They can not take an order and get it right –EVER. (Thank goodness they do not take care of patients –tonsillectomy or lobotomy, what’s the difference). They waste more time driving back and forth than if they would just write it down. Does not even matter if you have them repeat it, they mess it up EVERYTIME. 3. Rude — Customer Service is nonexistent. They remain in business because night workers need food and they are open til 4:00AM. We will stick with Jimmy John’s from now on, just order earlier and save for later.

I don’t know where the other people ate but Massey’s got the best chicken in Bmore hands down. Me and my friends wait outside to they open some times. The pizza good too, it’s just not a good neighbor but the food is awesome!

Ordered food from Masseys tonight. We placed our order online. The menu listed the heat of their wings at Buffalo, Buffalo Atomic and Buffalo Nuclear. We ordered Buffalo as the mild option of the three. Well when the food arrived, we learned they were so hot even the people who liked hot could not eat them. Called Masseys back, the people were very rude and kept telling me that I should have chosen the mild option. I informed them that their menu does not use that term, upon which he asasured me they did (While I held the menu in my hand and also pulled the online menu up and I assure you the word mild did not appear) Regardless they were super rude and when I requested they bring us new wings, he then changed the story to say they did not have mild sauce. Super irritating. We will not be ordering from here again! The other food ordered was not what it was advertised as either. German chocolate cake was just chocolate cake. Lemon pepper wings were flavorless. Just YUCK!

Service is TERRIBLE! We waited an hour and a half for a sandwich and two side orders. (They’re a mile away). And the delivery guy didn’t even get out of his car. He just pulled down the passenger window. When we finally did get the food, it was cold… Not recommended unless you like waiting forever for cold fries…

Although their service can be a whole lotta suckish at times, masseys is one of the only consistent places I will order from. They have the best fried wings that are always fresh. I have also gotten their shrimp salad wrap and that was pretty good as well. Avoid ordering there crab cake or cheesesteak, there are very flavorless and dry but other then that pretty good

Horrible service. Took forever to get food delivered. Went to several different hotels before coming to the correct one. Pizza was cold, soda cans dented and looked like they were used in target practice. Gentlemen kept calling hotel phone saying he was there and when we (hotel manager and I) tried to let him know he was at the wrong place, he would just hang up on us.
After 2.5 hours of waiting and horrible service, we refused the pizza and told them we were not signing for the pizza– as they did not deliver within said time, pizza was cold, soda cans crushed and service horrible.
You would think any successful business owner would have customer service as their number one priority but this place clearly did not.
They proceeded to tell me that they were taking the pizza and I WAS STILL going to be charged. A Baltimore police officer happened to be staying in the hotel at the same time and helped me with my options and said I had a right to refuse the order. I have no placed a fraud claim on the charge, which by the way was more than originally told, and did not sign slip. The BBB was also contacted and business reported. The BBB associate contacted me today who said there were several other complaints and that the business was now being investigated.
Due to the circumstances, the hotel also removed all «Masseys» pizza advertisements and menu’s and told their manager who said «who don’t do refunds» that they would not be recommending again. Wow… looks like you lost a lot of late night business.

Their driver went the extra mile to fix a problem. Thanks guy.

Ordered a chicken gyro from Massey’s and received some type of mystery meat! I called over 50x the line was busy. I then called grub hub which then got in touch with Massey’s. Massey’s told grub hub that it was chicken, and they was not re delivering the order.
If you look at the above pic in the photo gallery you can see it looks like a strip of lamb mixed with chicken, I have no idea!
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! You can’t even order chicken thinking it will be safe. Imagine if they put that on a chicken cheese steak.

Had to send the guy back bc he forgot my pizza, also… Still waiting for my fries… I’ll bet they are never coming. Do yourself a favor, order from somewhere else. I wish I could give 0 stars
Update, not getting the fries… Thank god I ordered through grub hub, so I’m getting my money back, from the look of the other reviews if you order from them or foodler, your screwed… The food isn’t awful, but it’s defiantly not worth the hassle you have to deal with in this god forsaken business, you can defiantly do better… Any place will do better… ANY PLACE!
