Pretty bad food, and way overpriced. Tried to order a combo but he still overcharged by doing it by the item. Register guy was so unpleasant that I figured the extra few bucks was worth not having to talk to him. Fries were gross and if this is the best corned beef in town… Find a burger.

stopped here because i didn’t want to wait in a long line at Attmans. What a mistake! Basic corned beef is way over priced and hardly any beef. There’s no character here any more. I gave half my sandwich to the guy outside asking for money. Go to Attmans!

Price too high for that kind of management and food quality ! First impression is limited ! They should have the new remodeling the whole entire place !

The absolute worst Cornedbeef sandwich I have ever had. There wasn’t one full slice of meat on the sandwich. It was all pieces of over cooked crumbs and gristle. Just look at the picture. Absolutely disgusting !!!

Stopped in here on my way home because I was in the area. Figured I’d grab a corned beef sandwich. The meat is great and tasty. Not too salty and doesn’t seem like it’s bloated with water. Rye bread seemed fresh enough. First the bad: 1) The price. $ 8.95 for a corned beef sandwich that is on two regular size pieces of wonder bread? Give me a break. I could’ve went to Safeway and bought the same equivalent amount of meat to make 5 sandwiches. 2) The girl who took my order thought I said I wanted 6 sandwiches. What in the hell? I only found this out after I saw the guy making multiple of what looked what I ordered. So I told him«Hey I only wanted one, I hope you dont think the rest are mine(nor was I going to pay for them).» He seemed upset that he had to rush making the sandwiches but not at me — the stupid girl working next to him. 3) Did I mention the price? There is no way any of this should cost more than $ 6 4) Free parking consists of 5 spaces 5) Similar to Attman’s or whatever the hell it’s called less than a block away, This place accepts food stamps or whatever garbage the state of MD is providing in terms of supplemental nutritional coupons. Being such, this place drags in the lowest of the low, ghetto people, who think they own the place and take forever to order, or wont get the hell out of the way. I don’t want some bum to ask for change or if I could help him pay for his food. My taxes are already paying for his damn food. If anything he should be paying for mine. The Good: 1) The place isn’t in that bad of a spot. Towards the rear of little Italy and right next to some ghetto ass school. See #5 above. 2) the food actually tastes good. 3) Plenty of room to sit down 4) I don’t think anyone would get mugged here in this area. Most likely stabbed though. I’ll never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

Went around 345 pm to get soup to fight sinuses and they said the soup was put away. They close at 5.

Four star corned beef sandwiches! When you walk in you feel that you are in a high school cafeteria line. The service is okay and the people are friendly. The other food items that I have tried are mediocre. Now back to what they do best… The corned beef sandwiches are moist and tender but not too fatty. Definitely among the top picks for corned beef in the area. Sandwiches are a nice full size that will fill you up. Be sure to pick one up if you are in the area. They have tables to dine in but it’s kind of a dive.

A very basic ham & cheese sandwich cost me $ 8.39. Nothing on it but mustard & it came on plain sliced bread. On top of that the staff was rude.

This is probably the WORST delis I’ve ever been to. The location is great but the restaurant is dingy, at best. The food was appallingly bad. I didn’t think it was possible to kill matzoh ball soup, but they did it. Amazing. The staff seem bored and disinterested. You’d think they’d figure out this place sucks, given how few people their were at Lenny’s when I was there, compared to a huge crowd at the nearby Cheesecake Factory. This place would be a perfect candidate for the show Restsurant Impossible.

Prices are a bit expensive and the wi-fi wasn’t working, but they still make a delicious sandwich and their steak fries are perfect, if you like really big cuts of potato. This is a classic Baltimore deli with cafeteria style seating and a separate line for ordering. Some days they can be really busy, other days you will be one of a handful of people in the place, not sure why.

This place was pretty nice. First thing you see when you walk in are some ladies cutting the meats and such, so I was kind of confused, but they were polite and directed me to the cook next to them to order my sammich. I ordered a Ruben, it was around $ 10. Other sandwiches ranged from around $ 5 and up. They serve breakfast and soup at pretty good prices, but I havn’t tried it. There was plenty of seating inside and good lighting. I enjoyed the feel of cafeteria style ordering. The sandwich was pretty good, waited about 7 minutes for it with two other people being in front of me. I also had a water with it which was almost $ 2 –sigh-. I don’t think bottles of water should cost $ 2 anywhere, and I also think that the Ruben should have been less too, but maybe thats just me. It was a pretty good sandwich.

I’ve had corned beef sandwiches at both Attman’s and Lenny’s and think they both know how to make an A+ sandwich. In my opinion the real difference between the two places is the restaurant size. Lenny’s deli is huge and Attman’s a bit on the small size. I’d rather go somewhere where I’m able to find a table to sit and enjoy my food so that’s why I favor Lenny’s. If you go be sure to also try their hot dogs! They wrap them with salami and smother them with sour kraut. One word, Awesome!

Drove by here several times and was wondering what was inside. Expected to see a grocer but got a huge cafeteria instead. Couldn’t resist to try the«Lombard Street’s Tradition» and test their sandwich especially now after going to Attman’s. While their Corned Beef sandwich was very good(but not quite as good as Attman’s), prices felt high for the amount of sandwich received, the place lacks fun factor, and the hours are only working man’s business hours which means you can’t even pick up a sandwich to go home with you unless you buy it at lunch or get off work early. I really can’t see why I would go back with the other guy down the street.
