FedEx-​ing something has never been so hard. I spent 20+ minutes trying to FedEx some papers. I have a FedEx account (I paid for everything online) so all they had to do was scan a barcode to print my label. Apparently that was rocket science for them. Neither of the two people working knew what they were doing. What annoyed me the most was after waiting so long, the girl «helping» me stopped and had a conversation with another employee.
As a frequent user of FedEx, I know you shouldn’t have been in the store for more than 5 minutes. My advise: travel the extra 5 miles to the Charles village location, I’ve been in and out of there in under 2 minutes.

Rude employees who move slower than seems humanly possible. There was a time when you could expect really great service at either a FedEx or a Kinkos, but since the merger far too many of them are like this downtown location.
