Clear– I’m sorry for the bad reviews from other subscribers
Everyone– Clear wireless has been my saving grace (Clear… don’t make me a liar). I went through the Sprint mobile broadband experience and was hosed by Sprint (Sprint… I’m saving my fire for your review… here’s a spoiler… YOU SUCK). Clear has been professional, has lived up to my expectations, no contract, is very affordable, and is fast. Check the coverage areas before you sign up, so you know what to expect. The modem is ugly (but who cares), and I have to put it in the window to get a 3-​light signal at night. When on 2 lights it is still fine for streaming Netflix or Hulu Plus.
I think for the price, the no-​contract, and by checking your coverage maps… you can make the right decision. Clear has been good to me so far, and I hope you have the same experience.

I too am very dissatisfied with my internet service with Clear. In fact, the reason I am writing this review is because the hilarious show on Netflix I was watching while I ate lunch is buffering. When I called in to inquire about my slow service, I spoke with an agent who simply had me rotate the device in increments of 90 degrees and then run a speedtest (at
) in each position to see which one worked best. She also told me to do this myself next time. I cannot wait to stop using this service.

So pissed with this crappy Clear USB modem! They are cheap (we’ve gone through two already!), unreliable and slow as all get out. Always kicks me off the internet when I’m right in the middle of something. I’m OVER this trashy ISP. They don’t even have a call center, you have to chat with them online. Should’ve gone with AT& T.
