After having Jon come out to give me an assessment of the carpet in our Master Bedroom, I automatically felt that he was very experienced and a professional with cleaning and repair. Our carpet has never been cleaned professionally. We had both pet stains, food, and beverage stains everywhere. We also had a few ripples that needed to be stretched out. I was surprised that Jon was able to do the job all by himself. In a nut shell… AMAZING results!!! We could have spent hundreds more on purchasing and installing new carpet… so glad we didn’t.

Jon came out to my house today to replace old carpeting in our sunroom. He was on time, very professional, very understanding of the many dogs I have that snuck their way back into the house! And he was very friendly. The carpet looks great, Jon was very efficient, and very reasonable in pricing. I would highly recommend Baltimore Carpet Repair!
