Went in for a quick dozen roses for my wife. The person who was working on it kept delaying to answer the phone and help phone customers while two other employees sat at a table reading.
But the worst part was the insistence of entering all my information into their computer just to take a credit card. Check my ID. That’s all you need, and don’t tell me storing my data in your system is for my protection. No… It’s for you, and I should be able to pay with my credit card without surrendering my data for perpetual storage in your system. I can handle having some lazy employees, but this is company policy that puts customers at a lower priority than the company. You’ve lost me as a customer for this.

My date was a day off so I called and spoke to Michelle. she fixed everything, spoke to the parlour and arranged the delivery.
