Terrible experience. The new owner is unbelievably rude. The old owner was great. This one made the experience terrible.

The addition of Dr. Imboden is nothing but positive. I have known this guys for years and am currently a patient and will remain a patient as long as he is in practice. I am very health conscience and he is the most detailed physician I have ever seen. He is extremely thorough, very knowledgable and has has brought me full circle. I can’t help but notice that there is a negative post from a «friend» that had a friend (who obviously is a disgruntle employee or ex-​employee), What a shame it is to mess with someone’s reputation. Get a life Min J. If you don’t like him then go see another Dr. There are plenty of them out there. IMO you’re not alerting anyone on Dr. Imboden’s skill set, but bringing up your own personal BS and vengeance. This is supposed to be a review site so why not keep it at that?! I’ll end my review, by stating that anyone who wants factual information on this Dr. post a comment and I will gladly give you my contact info with details on what he has done for me.

I LOVE this place AND Dr. imboden! I am so happy two of my favorite things in ONE BUILDING!!! I had only one treatment for Laser hair removal, and already have barely ANY regrowth back on my face. This is a miracle and a daily relief to me. It just so happens my Dr. came to use rooms in their practice… so it’s just double amazing now! I love you STL PCL and Dr. Imboden!
I highly recommend both companies who share a roof!

My experience here was absolutely superb, my eyeliner is amazing! I had this done about two months ago and it was surprisingly pleasant! Not painful, only really ever felt a tickle, Virginia was so careful and kind. She really put my mind at ease and helped me forget to even be scared! The only thing was the wait, it does take some time to get in with Virginia. I was told that this is due to her waiting list, but that is ok! I knew I was in good hands! My girlfriend as well as our mutual friends have also gone to Virginia and ALL OF THEM absolutely LOVE their permanent makeup! I think my biggest regret is not having it done sooner! I am so happy and so thankful for my eyeliner! Thank you Virginia! I will be back for more services! I highly recommend this woman to anyone search for their permanent makeup specialist!!!

DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOUR EYES WERE BEING CUT OUT OF YOUR HEAD ! I paid 450.00 to have permanent eyeliner upper and lower, I had this done 3 times before at other places for half the price, never a problem, but have to have if touched up every two years, so VIRGINIA the owner said her application lasts 8 years, wow, sounded great, well after all that pain, it washed right off, followed exactly what she told me to do for after care, I knew because I had this done before, went back again, still nothing, after my eyes were in so much pain the second try, and still NO MAKEUP, came right off I asked her for my money back, she said no I cant do that, HOW DO YOU STAY IN BIZ TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS??? Now for priciple only I am going to sue these people, WHY, BECAUSE THIS IS JUST WRONG THATS WHY!!! Stay away from this place!

My mother had a horrible experience. She was discouraged and left unsatisfied. My mom had paid $ 100 towards a procedure but after her experience, decided not to pursue. I called to schedule laser hair removal and was told it would have to be approved by the owner & I would get a call back. Days and Days go by and no call, so when I call back the 2^nd time same thing. Owner will call you back. 3^rd time I call the lady on the phone is very rude and doesn’t even care to hear what I have to say. I felt very offended.
Overall the owner is unprofessional. The employees are very rude and not confident. I will take my business somewhere else. SAVE YOUR $ AND GO DEAL WITH SOMEONE A LITTLE BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL & HELPFUL.

In front of customers and staff was unprofessional. I understand she may have meant well, but perception is reality.
She asked numerous times for me to take this down. As someone in the medical field that consultants small business owners I get it, however, I gave never written a bad Unilocal review until now. I was honest in my post and my visit was made very awkward today and I wanted the last treatment I paid for. I would have appreciated a private discussion.

Have had 7 underarm and 4 Brazilian laser hair removal treatments. I had so much hair under my underarms that every time I shaved I ended up with an itchy rash that lasted for days. They have top of the line equipment and I am just amazed at how little hair I have remaining in both areas. Most importantly is Sophie’s professionalism with the Brazilian treatments. That was another ape-​like hairy situation with hair at least 3 inches outside my bikini line and all the way back if you know what I mean. Gross! …and another very uncomfortable shave/​wax/​nair/​trim scenario. Sophie was so thorough and gracious with my underarms that I felt safe going to her for the Brazilian. She is just so very kind and somehow makes me feel that she is doing my lower leg while fully clothed when she is doing my entire vaginal area… and it’s not a pretty sight at 43 after having kids! But I am more comfortable with her than even my ob gyn. It doesn’t take very long at all and is virtually painless. The entire staff is extremely kind, organized, professional, and the environment is clean as can be. Pricing is extremely affordable. Highly, highly recommended.

I have had permanent laser hair removal for my neck, back and chest and their lasers are awesome and the service is even better. It takes some time, but the results are worth it. They also have a amazing service called the Venus where it tightens your skin for a more youthful look. I couldn’t believe the before and after pictures, I was truly shocked on how much more youthful I appeared. The staff are professional and the service is top notch! A definite must do if you are looking to improve your appearance and want to go to people who know what they are doing and really care about the customers. A+++ Rating!!!
