McDonald’s

You deserve a break today. Unfortunately, it won’t come from this McDonald’s. I stopped in for a quick and cheap breakfast and received neither. The cashier was a little rude while the manager was much worse. I left the place with a bad taste in my mouth and it wasn’t from the food. The glitsy high definition LED menu clearly stated that you could mix and match any of three of the following breakfast items for only three bucks. My order kept ringing up at around seven bucks. The manager then proceeds to inform me that since this restaurant is franchised (not Corporate owned) they can pretty much do as they please. You know like at some McDonald’s a single cheeseburger rings up a dollar when at others it can be as high as $ 1.19. So I inform the manager there should be a disclaimer informing the public of this dicrepency. Unknown to me she disagrees and suggests to me that I go elsewhere. Better yet take the matter up with corporate. I then ask her name and she refused to give it to me. (if she was wearing a name tag I couldn’t see it). I said I will call your boss and she says go ahead. You know I will. I don’t get it. If a gas station advertises gas for $ 1.99 a gallon and you pull into the station to fiill up and find out they are actually charging $ 2.29 a gallon you would leave and contact corporate and or the attorney general. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
