MaidPro

I used Maidpro for a few months. They did a fair job of cleaning but wanted to raise rates substantially after only a couple months. Too expensive and fair performance.

MaidPro is not a professional company. They were late (1 — 2 hours) every other week that we had an appointment. Frequently we had to complain about areas that were not cleaned to satisfaction. We had new crews cleaning our house constantly because of employee turnover, not a good sign for the company to keep employees.
We had to babysit the cleaning crews each week and remind them of specific areas to clean that they’d missed or forgotten or not cleaned to our satisfaction.
There are plenty of other options for cleaning companies in St. Louis, all are better than MaidPro.

I am a father of 5 children, and my wife and I both work 60 hours a week. Needless to say sometimes I wind up with a mess in the house. This is by far the best cleaning service I have ever used and would recommend this service to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

When we were getting ready to leave my dear home town and decided to let someone else clean up our mess — MaidPro won the job!!! I had called several other companies and had gotten prices all over the place, but I never realized how booked up some of these places could get. Then I got an offer in the email from Living Social and called these ladies.
We had a mix-​up in the appointment setting as someone called and wanted same thing same day as I did and then canceled it — they thought I had cancelled — I freaked! Good thing my inner control freak kicked in and I called to confirm my appointment. They apologized and got someone out to clean up the place.
You can be sure it’s them when they arrive because the little car says MaidPro all over it (plus their shirts). The girl they sent was so petite I looked at her and said «You are going to do this all by yourself???» I didn’t mean to be condescending but she just looked like a kid from Jr. High. She may have been petite but DAMN!!! she was good!
The tubs, the shower door, the baseboards, and OMG! the fridge… if we hadn’t moved I might have bargained with hubs to get her to come once a month to clean. It was a beautiful clean… now that apartment complex better give me my security deposit back!
