Tabby Cleaning Services

Recently moved to St Louis and was looking to hire a regular cleaning service. They arrived 2 ½ hours late, reeked of smoke and were extremely rude! The «cleaning» job they did was a joke… Did not make any of the beds, didn’t vacuum the couch or dust ceiling fans (as specifically requested) and left floor cleaner residue all over my HW floors… One girl even had the nerve to use my bathroom after it had been cleaned w/​I asking. Disgusting, unprofessional and rude.
When I called the owner, she was very apologetic and even sent out a new crew to re– do the job. I was shocked when they finished and once again, the beds were not made.
Although the owner tried to make it right, the job was still poorly done. Would not use again.

I used Tabby Cleaning through a deal on Living Social. The deal was 2 hours of «deep cleaning.»
I specifically told the cleaners that I wanted them to clean the baseboards and the spots on the wall in my laundry room. The confirmation e-​mail I received from the scheduler even states «Focus on baseboards.» The baseboards were not touched. The laundry room wall has the same splatters it did before Tabby Cleaning came to my home.
To be fair, they did a great job of a regular house cleaning, ie vacuuming carpets, cleaning sinks, tables, mirrors, and my bed’s headboard. But that is not «deep cleaning.» I would expect to pay about $ 50 for that, not the $ 150 or so that the company claimed the service was worth.
