WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Be sure you know what you are getting in to before you purchase here. I bought a pair of sunglasses ($ 400) on my vacation. Wore them later for 15 minutes. Decided they were to heavy. They will not take them back now. Their policy is only an exchange within 7 days. I was NOT INFORMED of this policy. Made the mistake of assuming they would be like other high end stores I deal with. I have never had a problem like this with my high end purchases. I’m out of state, so I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses I do not want.

We were greeted by a fabio look alike, very nice and kind. They didn’t have the size shoe my wife needed, too bad. The shops in this area is a bit more fancy and high end.
