While on vacation in Miami I stopped into YSL to look for a clutch I’ve been searching for, and finally found it! Alexander, the sales associate who helped me with my purchase, was not only impeccably dressed but extremely friendly and helpful. The friend I was with also remarked about how great he was. An overall lovely experience!

Went with my wife here and they were expecting her. The most charming woman, May, attended us as we had just missed Peter, the manager. She was there for the metallic tribute pump and May wasted no time in bringing out the bubbly to make us feel at home. I love this type of service. It feels as if we are being hosted. Very personalized. After 2 glasses of champagne, the shoes looked even hotter on her legs. She bought the pumps and was primed so well by May that we took the momentum over to Gucci for some more shopping. Gucci, you can thank May over at YSL for my wife’s purchase there ;)

I bought my Men’s Muse briefcase from this store. I love it so much that I want to just use it as a pillow and sleep with it.
Even though, I no longer buy leather goods, its my favoritest possession.
The NYC store is great too, but I have not purchased anything from that one.
