We stopped at this taco truck around 11:20PM on a Thursday, it was one of the few places that stayed open until midnight and offered tacos de tripa. I ordered two tacos de tripas and a mulita de asada. The tripa was delicious and crunchy and the mulita had the perfect combination or cheese and meat. My husband ordered a torta de asada and tacos de al pastor. He finished the tacos before I could try them so I’m going to assume they were delicious. According to my husband the torta was a little dry(I don’t eat/like tortas so I can’t judge it for myself). Overall I’d recommend it for the tacos de tripa and mulitas for sure. It’s nothing out of the ordinary and it’s definitely not a must have but I gave it four stars because the food was good.(see pics I posted)

Best tacos hands down! I don’t usually cook on Fridays so we have our taco Friday night and this is our to go place. We take our tacos home although you have the option to eat them there. Besides being delicious it’s affordable. I have a family of 8 and spend maybe like $ 40. Affordable? yes!, delicious? yes! Best tacos? Yes!

Some of the best pastor tacos in town ! And there salsa verde is on pointcustomer service at the cash register is lacking tho, and they never have change, also they don’t sell horchata, or tortas even tho it advertised on the truck… Still some bomb tacos, I go at least once a week highly recommend

I really loooove this taco truck I really believe they have the best pastor tacos in Bakersfield. The sad thing is that their service is HORRIBLE. They are so rude to their customers. That’s why I only chose to give them 3 stars.

I can’t believe that this place had such good food I was very surprised at how short the wait was. The meat was good cooked right, down side by 8pm they were already out of chicken«what the» but they had all the other meats available so I always get asada even if this spot is on the side of the road they have seating behind the truck and covered which really doesn’t matter I guess. It’s in Union so the spot get lots of traffic as you stand on the side of a busy HighWay!!! So keep little kids close DANGEROUS!!!

I agree with the previous rating, I don’t normally do taco trucks but this little gem is the place to go for a good price and a delicious Al Pastor burrito, when we have a family gathering and a taco and burrito craving late nite from a taco truck, this is the cheapest and tastiest place to go for a fam of 20. Can’t beat taste or price and I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 mins for our huge order. I highly recommend, never mind location, good food is good food.

Never judge a spot by one experience or by one food item. If you ate the asada at Tacos Jalisco, you may never want to go back. The funny thing about Tacos Jalisco is it is right across from another food truck which also specializes in Jalisco-style cuisine. I pit the two against each other, and Taco Jalisco came out on top with their al pastor game. The al pastor burrito had amazing color and freshly prepared ingredients. The truck is usually flocked with people, so it can get pretty messy outside. Service is slow, but it is worth it if you have the patience.

The agua de horchata was barely chilled and they only offer one size. Waited 30 minutes for tacos, tripe tacos were ok, «carne asada» and al pastor were bland… Nothing special here, wouldn’t come back. The only thing we liked was the green salsa and curtido.
