Fab certainly knows his way around the grill. This is my go to place for catering and those busy days when there is no time to cook. My suggestion is to start off with the Elvira Combo. You get five delicious meats with two sides. Why stress about which meat to chose when you could have them all. Meat is tender and extremely delicious.
