Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had a horrible experience with them and they could have cared less about the customer. YOUR CUSTOMER is YOUR Priority!!! I went in to get tile for a bathroom remodel and had the exact measurements for everything I needed. My order was supposed to come in 5 business days… which seemed reasonable. So I get all the contractors lined up and only part of my order comes in a week later. They said the rest would come the following week so I decided I would cancel my order and go get it somewhere else since I needed it over the weekend. The would not give me a refund on the remaining tile and I was forced to take it 10 days later. The edging I got for my shower was a joke and had to go to another tile place to finish up their mess. The best part came when I kept bugging them to get my tile and they went down to a competitor’s store down the street and bought my exact tile.
They do not offer return on specialty tile which pretty much everything they order is because the have a very limited supply on hand. So I am still stuck with the tile I never used and you have to order the tile by the case so I am stuck with a lot of extra tile.
The billing was sketchy… everything hand written.
Just do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
