Called to ask for more details regarding the Eyexam of California membership. From what I read it covers a discounted eye exam plus discounts. I wanted to know WHAT discounts, and confirmation that it will cover what I need BEFORE I purchase the $ 75 membership to see if I save any money. The sales associate replies” Yeah, what about it?” I asked to explain it. Explain means go into depth, what does it cover, what do I get discounts on, etc. She says she doesn’t know just print out the coupon and bring it in, THEN they will be able to tell me if it applies. Why on earth would I pay for a membership if it may or may not save me any money? I asked for confirmation before I purchased, otherwise why would I need it? So unknowledgeable and terrible customer service. Customers are key to your business, keep your unknowledgeable associates who can’t answer any questions about a service YOU offer and your sales will go down. Inform your ignorant associates.

Just went into their store to see what they had to offer I’m in need of an eye exam and new glasses. When I walked in there were THREE girls working there, and ONE customer. None of the three said a word to me; not even a «hello welcome to lenscrafters,» nothing. So I just took a quick look at their overpriced frames, and a picture of their lens options and walked out. Not one word from the employees from being to end. In the end doesn’t really matter since I just wanted to have a comparison when going to Costco. Also, their advertisements are something of a scam. They say two pair for blah, blah. But when you get down to it, those are for the biggest ugliest frames they have. If you want something that doesn’t look like you got them from Shamoo at sea world, then you’ll end up paying several hundred dollars. Long story short. I’d advise against going there unless you’ve looked around already, and don’t have any other choices. Unless, that is, you like overpaying for stuff and receiving bad service in exchange.

Went in today to look for some new glasses and not ONE employee acknowledged me… I was in the store for about 30 minutes looking at frames before I finally left. Horrible customer service! I would not ever spend my money here.

Worst eye doctor experience ever! Go somewhere else! The customer service girl didn’t want to deal with my questions about pricing, it took them 2 times to get my glasses prescription somewhere near right and 3 times for my contacts. I see better out of my contacts than glasses now, but I’m tired of going back in. When they called to talk to me the cashier put me on hold so she could discuss her lunch order. It took a month to get my contact lens order in because they lost the delivery and couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Finally had to call up and complain to the manager before someone went looking and found my order in the back of a box. Oh ya and they’re overpriced. It costs a lot of money for horrible service. I originally came here because of the LensCrafters reputation, but I would have been better off anywhere else. Don’t go here.

I had the best experiance with the exam. The Dr. Silos and Dr. Huezo are just amazing and very professional. The staff was very friendly and look at me as there number one customer. I recommend everyone to visit this location.

Slowest ever if ordering your frames. Been 2 weeks since I ordered my glasses and I have yet to hear from them. Longest any shipping would take is 7 days, this is ridiculous. Next time I’ll be using Costco, only reason I even used LC is because Costco didn’t carry the frame I wanted. Better lens for less money at Costco anyways.

Went to the store today to get some new lenses put in my daughters sports frames. In short the type of frames that we have can’t fit the prescription we have which is fine and I understand. The clerk however did not offer to even look and see if there were similar frames she promptly said no there isn’t anything at all when we know for a fact there are or were other options. Then while making dumb suggestions on what we can do she goes and questions why were were so dismissive of what she was suggesting. We tried to explain that what she was suggesting would not work as our daughter wears a safety mask when she plays softball. Her first question was well is she a catcher? We said no she plays infield and she wears a safety mask. Well I played softball and I don’t ever remember having to wear a mask on the field. I simply walked away and left my wife to deal with her. Oh yeah I need to add that her tone was rude and unacceptable. It’s a shame too because we were willing to spend quite a bit of money in their store. Yep never again

I tried to return my wife’s glasses yesterday to store #0160. The lady Tomica behind the counter was condescending when she said it had been longer than 30 days. It has not. The eye exam was on 9⁄6 it says right on the receipt that the glasses would not be ready till 9⁄16. They still were not ready till 9⁄21 but I could not pick up till 9⁄27. 9÷27÷2014 was day of pickup my wife immediately complained about headaches but they talked us into trying them for a month. The glasses give my wife a horrible headache so we tried to return them yesterday only to have Tomica laugh in our face. Now I not only want to return the glasses I want to be compensated for my time and gas. Store # 0160 is a 142 mile round trip for me. Plus I make 35 dollars an hour so $ 100 for gas $ 100 for my time. Plus the purchase price of the glasses and the protection plan. You have lost a good $ 2000.00 a year customer. Your quick attention is appreciated I fully intend to make it a legal matter if I need to. Thank you Zachary Eskelson and Tomoko Eskelson.

I’m rating Lens Crafters on experience and not prices. My experience was great. Good customer service and I got to get glasses writhing an hour. Price-wise… If you don’t need glasses that same day, go somewhere else lol. I was in a bind so I needed glasses that same day. It’s convenient that they do that, I wished they’d work on their prices.

They have a large selection of eyeglasses. Problem is they are way more expensive than places like Walmart, Target, and Costco. That’s why I do not buy my eyeglasses here anymore. The quality is just as good at the other places which are lower priced.

Fast service and conveniently open on weekends. The reason why I am scoring 3 stars is because they gave me a follow up appointment for contact lens check for a Sunday at 9:00am and got there and they don’t open until 10:00am on Sundays. I was very upset but unfortunately I had left my appointment card at home. They kept telling me my appointment was at 10:00am but my card said 9:00am. Had to sit in the parking lot for an hour.
