I paid for these chairs in March, and it is now October and am still waiting for them to fix them with new legs that match. They do NOT honor their warrantee and the items you get in your home are not like the ones in the store. This is the second set of chairs since the first ones were so shoddy and things that were wrong with them were mentioned in their warrantee as being covered, yet they would not honor their warrantee. Their tech has been to my home 4 times since April(took a month to get the very crappy first set of chairs) and he told me they were supposed to look like that. Back uneven, needle sticking out of arm, holes along the seams, holes where the material did not go far enough. and that is just a few of the things that were wrong with the chairs, yet LAZBOY would do nothing until I made a big, big fuss for two months. Then, the chairs they sent did not match! They gonna fix it? Ha! They are disreputable to say the least. There are a lot of furniture stores that sell good merchandise and stand behind their warrantee if need be, LaZboy is not one of them. Avoid them, their stuff is bad, bad, bad!

Very poor service, when they tell you 6 to 8 weeks, then point out the fine print that says 12 weeks on the back, figure that is the minimum delivery time. 12+ weeks and nothing — the answer, your standard chairs with an off the shelf fabric are«special orders and take extra time…» Do not, I repeat do not pay them up front for anything — it’s a scam.
