Just Wing It

The service was really slow. The boneless wings were burnt and dry. I requested blue cheese, yet I never got it. I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

My friend & I went here for dinner and drinks. We left before even ordering because we saw a roach on the floor. We told the waitress, she didn’t say anything, she just looked disgusted & walked away.

I this place I feel like that old show cheers That is how I am treated. Everyone is wonderful Ritz, Robert, Kristen. I love the food. We always eat here, and take food for home. Best service ever..

Returning customer hoping for a little better experience than the last… I was pleasantly satisfied. I order the spicy Mac n cheese dish that made my nose run! Haha! It was really good. I loved the cheesy heat with the crispy jalapeños popper toppings. Bartenders were semi friendly but very busy.

Where do I start?
Went there around 6:30 p.m. Friday February 5^th. My son and I walked in and there were 2 customers in the whole place. This worried me. Not busy on a Friday night??? We ordered a beer and some appetizers-​3 tacos for my son and Wings for me. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about.
But
Within 20 minutes the place was packed! I mean nowhere to sit packed. The bartender (Gustavo) claimed it was his first night there. That was hard to believe due to his efficiency and he was very personable. Don’t get me started on the lady bartender/​waitress with the great arms. (Kirstin) She was super nice and friendly and she was absolutely great at her job. When we got there she was cleaning the men’s bathroom. Talk about a dedicated employee.
Keep it up Gustavo and Kirstin. You will be the reason my son and I return for a FUN evening.

Sat at the bar and was completely ignored by the bartender, (Robert). And after about 15 mins of not even being approached, I finally called him over and he reluctantly took my order. Needless to say I didn’t tip, but on top of that, it took about 30 mins to get our food. When I asked to speak to a manager, of course one wasn’t available. So I called in the next day and finally got ahold of a «manager» (ALEX). Absolutely no help whatsoever. Completely disregarded all of my concerns and didn’t believe that «HIS» employee could’ve been that «irresponsible». I asked to speak to whoever was above Alex, and he said he was «IN CHARGE» and would handle any and all complaints. Which is stupid because he didn’t even handle the issue that I presented.
Needless to say I WILL NOT be visiting JUST WING IT AGAIN.

I used to be a regular till I moved several years ago. Stopped in to watch a playoff football game the other night. I waited part of the 3^rd quarter AND the entire 4^th quarter for my order of wings that never arrived. The bartender/​waitress had come by my table twice and said they were coming right up. When I asked for the check, she had the nerve to ask if I wanted them to go. The people next to me came in 10 minutes after me and were done eating before I left. This place has really gone down hill since my last visit…

I personally Love Just Wing it.
They Just Need to be More Friendly and A Bit More Faster on Service.
Other Than That Wing Wednesday Is the Place to be! =)

Went there about two weeks ago with my girlfriend and two of our friends. When we got there it wasnt too packed we walked to sit at a corner booth and immediately the girl said that’s reserved sorry ladies. And walked away. Umm last i remembered this wasnt a restaurant. But ok we got a table no biggie. So same girl comes up and day to take our order. My girlfriend is asking her what to they have on tap Specials she jist had an attitude my girlfriend was debating what to get she said im sorry can you repeat the beer again with an attitude she says girl really. And repeated them. I cut her off an said get the drinks and well order later. We get our beer & I still hadn’t got my margarita i ordered. It sat at the counter a good 5 min after my gf and friends got thier beer. I had to ask another girl working for my drink. Anyways we order and she was a little nicer. Waiting for our food two guy walk in a good 20 mins later then us and she seats then where we wanted to sit when we first arrived. Shes laughing joking with them forgetting we needed another beer my friends girlfriend has to get up and go to the bar to get the beer. I dont know what this chick was thinking but she forgot ahe was at work. I believe her name was Christy. Anyways we get our food and 2 wings are missing. Idk how that is to happen. Dont know how to count. Obviously it was the cooks fault or all three of them working since all they did was talk and laugh the entire time. Other people were gettinf mad too. But while she was entertaining friends that arrived she forgot where she was at «WORK» place is good. Food is good. Prices are good. But workers suck. Giving 2 stars for food but the overall was bad. Everyone needs a job but not everyone deserves a job. Customer service is key.

Went there to try the wings got the boneless (frozen out of a bag) should have tried bone in ! The classic burger was good. The waiter was more interested in expecting a tip than earning it. He gave me the bill and informed me that he was ending his shift and then stood there waiting for me to pay (I was still eating) he got no tip !!!

I waited 30 minutes for a chicken strip sandwich combo which came with 2 chicken strips and burnt cold fries. For like 12 bucks too. It was my first and last time there. The staff also barely acknowledged me with the exception of the cook who was off shift and answering my questions. The chicken strips were decent though, 2 stars.

Horrible service now, I used to love this place and now, it’s just another dirty spot with mediocre food. Their sauces are very flavorful, but it’s highly unlikely that the wings will have much on them. I love drinking beer from my personalized boot, but having to sit there in front of their staff outweighs the benefits of drinking.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty.
This place is close to my girlfriends house, so we went to give it a try. As soon as we walk in you feel the vibe that no one is in charge. Employees help who they want and are on their phones. When we finally got our drinks I notice my cup was dirty, then I looked around and the whole place was dirty. We finished our drink and left. Places like this make me wonder how the kitchen stays open. Will not be going back. I hate to see local restaurants not show pride of ownership.

Absolutely Dry wings they use to be good at once but now I have ordered them at least 5 times and it was a total waste of $$$. :*(

We began coming coming here when it first opened the market place is priced differently than the Panama. The food is very great, hot wings with many different flavored, if your brave try the sweet habanero. Ever since the new owners it’s like they’re trying to change the night crowd more to a club type deal service is slower and takes longer to be accommodated. Having to keep getting up to attract waitress to get refills kind of sucks

The wings were okay, but I liked the waffle fries. The service was just horrible. I’ve been to the one in the market place as well and the service was just as bad. I waited for over an hour for my food. And I only got one refill due to the waitress never coming by to check if we needed anything. It wasn’t even a busy night. I gave this place a second chance and was disappointed. Won’t be back again.

I love Just Wing. Their wings are delicious.

This wings place is one of the closest place for happy hour for after work. We have been going here for years now. While it isn’t perfect, the service is consistently above average and the food is very consistently decent. This particular location seems to be much better in many ways than the Ming location, which I assume is owned and operated by the same people.
One thing they do lack is a happy hour menu (only thing they have as a «special» is the lunch menu). I think I would definitely frequent this place even more if they had one.

Burgers are good. wings are cooked just right. I had the mild and bourbon sauce. Yum! Loved it all, pretty good place to stop and get a bite to eat.
I will stop by again

The bourbon burger is fantastic! Cooked well, juicy and large. I live around the corner, I have no idea why I have never come in. Great menu items as well. Will be back soon.
