IHDA has a gorgeous outdoor space that we were so excited to use as our venue for our wedding reception… unfortunately the weather forced us to move our party inside. I was initially really disappointed but after seeing how beautifully they set it up for us i was beyond happy! Madeline was fabulous and answered all my questions promptly. The maintenance man was so friendly and helpful. Bar tenders and security was great. Overall we just had a wonderful reception thanks to this place. We couldn’t be more pleased about how everything went.

the italian heritage dante association club hall has been completely remodeled inside as of its completion, january 2014. it is gorgeous !!! the outdoor grounds is an ongoing project and so excited to see so many beautiful changes !!! the updated look is timeless !!! i have attended many events with different themes and everyone could not stop complementing.
this is a great venue for weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, reunions, buisness events,
bar-b-que’s, quincinerias,
anniversaries, birthday’s,
fundraisers, funeral receptions and many more.

Completely over-​inflated price for a old hall with old dingy carpet, tattered ceiling tiles, and out of date amenities. The back field is the draw, but not for that price.

My first experience with this hall was when I was a small child and my grandparents had their 50^th wedding anniversary party here. Everyone had a great time.
As an adult I knew I wanted to have my wedding here. The lady who owns this place was very nice. She was accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to set everything up for the reception the day before because as luck would have nobody was renting it that day. The best thing about this place is that you can have both your ceremony and reception here. This really worked for us as we were on somewhat of a tight budget. There is a Roman style stage in the back which is lovely for a ceremony. The Hall itself can hold up to 215 people. We only had 120 and there was ample room. It is equipped with a kitchen and a bar.
If you are getting married in Bakersfield I highly recommend checking this place out!
