My parents just came through the door in shock from the experience her and my father just had at this business. My mother is from Italy and came to the US when she was 18. My father was born and raised in Louisiana. Both are now in their late 70’s living here in Bakersfield, CA. While in the store looking for new fixtures for a house my father just bought, they were just screamed at and kicked out of the store by an employee in his late 30’s. He screamed at my parents telling them he did not serve foreigners and gay people. Sorry my parents are not gay but being that my mom is originally from Italy, he was correct on that note. How dare you speak to someone like that trying to help a local business out, refuse their business and rudely and embarassingly kick them out of your establishment. You have a right to refuse business to anyone but there is also something called respecting your elders and human decency. I will be stopping in today to give them my two cents.
