I have been coming here for years. They have the best diablito in town! Hands down the best. Customer service is great as well.

Came here on a whim 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. From the outside, the establishment looks unassuming, but dayum. It was packed up in there. We waited about 25 – 20 minutes for a diablito and bionico. Both were delicious and totally worth the wait. I imagine that this place is even more poppin in the summer so come early.

Best place for fruit, fresh juice, and ice cream ! Taste is definitely there in all their treats. Snacks to nachos this place has it. This has always been a treat to come by. Family loves getting things from here when ever possible

Yummy! I finally got a chance to try this place! I had no idea it was right by Costco! I kick myself for driving by this place weekly for 5 years and never knowing it existed! It’s a tiny«mom and pop» style place. They have 4 tables and a few chairs tightly squeezed into their store; a small counter, a fridge with bottled drinks and a couple of freezes. No bathrooms. The menu is very basic, most of them handwritten: smoothies, slushies, ice cream and a few food items. There is nothing fancy about this place at all and I love it! I’ve been here 5 times in the last month and I have no intention of stopping! My usual order, for now, is a large bianico(for the husband) and the diablito slushy(for me). We have also gotten the strawberry smoothie. They were all delicious. The bianico is perfection. The fruits were fresh and the cream isn’t overly sweet. I thought the strawberry smoothie was a bit on the sweet side the first time I got it and asked them to add a bit more lime and less sugar the second time, which they were happy to do and it was delicious. I believe they hand make their ice cream bars, which I have yet to try but intend to! I fathom that I will be frequenting this place often during the summer! My tip: it often gets busy, so call in your order!

I absolutely love their diablitos! So cheap and so good. The employees typically don’t speak english so make sure you have someone with you who can help translate! It’s my favorite afternoon treat. I haven’t tried their fruit bars but friends of mine have and give great reviews! The mangoneada Popsicle looks great too for those who aren’t a fan of the almost spicy diablito.

I’ve been coming to this place for about a month and a half now, and I absolutely LOVE it. I come almost everyday now! The owners are incredibly kind and would help you if you have any questions. I first came in here for a diablito in late September, it was amazing for my first time. My next visits, I always tried something different everytime. They have a lot of paleta and agua fresca flavors. They have a diverse menu, so there’s always something new to try out whenever I visit. I recently tried their tortas and elote, and it’s incredibly good! The prices are very affordable. They do charge extra if you use your card, so I only use cash when I go inside.

Guadalajara has been on my radar for awhile now. Now I can remove them from my bookmarks! Place did not disappoint! Came here with the intention of trying some of their ice cream or paletas, but I ate fruit instead. They have such a diverse menu, and I will be returning to try more of their yummy looking choices. Wifey ordered a Bionico. It was filled with bananas, strawberries, apples, mangoes, granola, raisins, crème, and milk. Costed $ 5.50 for a large, and it tasted delicious! I do not recall the exact name of my order. Chopped fruits with lemon and chile powder is how I would describe it. There were cucumbers, mangoes, pineapples, watermelon, cantaloupe, and jicama included. Tasted good as well. We shared both orders, and it was so filling that it turned out to be our dinner for the day. The shop itself was clean, and there were a few tables inside and outside to dine at. Service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Chances of returning are high. Plenty of other items that I want to try here. You should try them yourself too.

The first diablito I ever had was from here, it was amazing! I’ve tried others and nothing compares to the ones here, there are days where they take a while to give you your order but overall I love this place!

Awesome little shop. They have a selection of ice creams and other misc Hispanic food items. I came here specifically for the elote(corn) after a coworker had referred me. They indeed had the elote. It wasn’t the exact same stye as the elote I was craving but it did satisfy my need. We would definitely go there again. The place itself is very small with only a few tables.

This place is nice an at a very convenient location. Staff is friendly and it’s kept up well. The offer fresh made ice cream, frozen fruit and cream bars, fresh waters, and most of your typical Mexican munchies’ items. Will be coming here more often as there location is so close for me.

All I had was a Bananna split and it was picture perfect and great tasting. They make their own ice cream fruit bars and fruit deserts along with different juices. Next time I’m going to try the torta.

Came her for a diablito. I highly recommend this place of business. They have many other drinks/snacks and fruit. I tried a person who operated out of her house(Heavenly Treats) and thankfully found Guadalajara to come to. Their customer service is great, whereas Heavenly Treats was horrible.

One of the cheapest places in town with tasty Mexican treats and dessert. Outstanding customer service every time. My go to sweet tooth spot! I love their bionicos(Mexican fruit salad). The bionico: strawberries, apples, bananas, sweet condensed milk and coconut flakes, granola is optional. That’s usually what I get. They also have a spicy shaved ice drink called«diablito» pretty tasty.

Great prices and great snacks in the town of Bakersfield. I usually get a cup of mango cut up and an elote and the fiancé gets her agua fresca de fresa and an elote as well. This place is better than the place next to Marshall’s on Ming. Next time I definitely want to try the tortas and the nachos. Parking can be a pain during the day but we went in mid afternoon and it was empty due to the holiday shopping. The place itself is very small and will crowd up really quick. Service is very friendly but it will take a bit of time for the stuff to be prepared fresh. Well worth the wait though.

Never a disappointment ! Everything here that I’ve tasted so far is delicious. The tortas de pollo, are absolutely delicious. every time I come here I always try something different and it’s always great. The esquite is something I always get ! It’s only $ 2.00 and is way better than having a regular elote. The diablitos are very good and I believe they are $ 3.50. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I love having this place close to home! Want some fresh fruit for a party? They make party-sized platters of chopped fruit with a days notice! And it isn’t overpriced either! The ladies at the counter are always so nice as well. One of my favorite local gems!

This place is amaaazing! I go to La Carreta a lot and we found this place next door one day when we were itching for some ice cream. They make all their ice cream and pops themselves, with really unique flavors that you wouldn’t really find elsewhere. People are super friendly, and extra helpful, and I discovered the beauty of The Diablito here. No idea what the heck it’s made out of, but it’s delicious and has mango in it. I wouldn’t know what to say about the food, I have yet to try it, mostly because when I come here, it’s because I want something cold and sweet. But I do try new things every time I come in, and so does my family, and so far, nothing has disappointed! The only thing that really sucks about this place is that the parking is horrendous. But really, there’s maybe 8 places that have one small lot dedicated to them, and so that probably contributes to the congestion there. I’ll probably be going back every other day now that summer heat is starting to kick in!
