My wife and I have been customers with Crosby & Crosby Insurance since 1987. We have our home, cars and motorcycle insured by Safeco. Through out the years we have had our share of home owner claims and fender benders. Paula has always been there for me and our family. She is the first one I call when, «things happen». She has always treated me like a friend and a valued customer.

Called Monday morning first thing to establish a new homeowners and auto policies and was told that Ryan was out for the day and Paula would call me right back to get my policies started. Receptionist «promised» she would call me back before the morning was over. Um… Paula…its Friday… still waiting. Bad customer service.
