For the most part it’s a nice place, ok doctor. But they lost my babies immunization record and charged me $ 5 to get a new one from them they didn’t even bother to put her name on the immunization record :(not happy

Terrible service. Dr. Is not familiar or knowledgeable about breastfeeding. Dr. Made rude comment about my stomach 4 days after I had given birth to my child. Be prepared to wait on hold for a long time when booking, canceling is asking questions.

We won’t recommend Dr. Santos. She’s very unprofessional, the secretaries are very rude, and the wait over all with my son was about two hours. She didn’t give him no medication because supposedly he had a virus. Four hours later he got very worse n take him to another doctor the next day who diagnosed him with a bacterial infection and treated him with medication. I tried to explain that he had an infection because we know our son and his been like this for 12 years but she refused to listen :(
