I have been a customer of ATT for 10 years and never had a problem until I went to this store and made contact with a sales person named Augistin and his manager Maria R. They were rude and treated me with such disrespect I was shocked. I have made a complaint against this store and hopefully some changes will be made.

Honestly, this AT&T store is the worst in town. Not only is the staff rude, they ignore their responsibilities by leaving their stations and chitchat behind the counter. The staff does not follow protocol; the staff will do whatever is convenient for them and not the customer. The front door greeters are extremely condescending.

THEYNEVERANDWERTHEREPHONE!!! I called trying to set up An appt but they NEVERMIND answer. I’ll walk in and see workers chit chatting with IPADS and just standing doing nothing. I’ll look at the customers and they all look exhausted waiting! Horrible managing. The manager needs to be fired!

Horrible, horrible experience! Worst customer«service» ever. I’ve been here since 4:20, and it’s now 5:53. I was #11 on the list when I checked in, and now I’m #3. There is ONE person working. The manager said there’s nothing he could do… he said the workers are entitled to lunch breaks… but everyone at once?

It’s not the service representative’s fault that their company is over priced, so I can’t give this branch a bad review just because of that. So I’ll judge their quality of service. This location is in an older complex but has an okay amount of parking. When you enter, someone will take down your info into an iPad where your name is entered onto a waiting list that shows on the TV screens. They now have a few tables with high stools so you can at least be comfortable while you wait anywhere from 30 – 60 mins to be helped. Don’t expect to be bumped ahead in line even if your request is SUPER simple.

The customer service at this store was offensive. The young lady who was initially trying to help us did not know much and was unhelpful. The Area Retail Sales Lead(who was referred to as «District Manager») was rude and dishonest. She continually cut me off, and offered solutions that had nothing to do with the concern I had. At one point in the proceedings, I was asked to sign a document that stated that I had been provided a «Customer Wireless Agreement» and I had not been provided that document. I requested that document and the Area Retail Sales Lead told me that no such document existed. I did not sign the document, since it was false. The Sales Lead told me that I had to sign it to proceed. I told her that I would not sign a false statement and she told me «You don’t have to sign anything if you’re not comfortable.» «Not being comfortable» and«Not being honest» are two completely different things. She continued to cut me off and refused to listen to me. Words have meaning but not at AT&T. If the wireless contract in question«did not exist» then I should not have been required to sign something saying that I have seen that document. DONOT do business with this store.

They were busy but they had a plan in place to help with the flow of traffic. There was a name taker who controled the cutomers comeing in, however she didnt really engage any of the customers. All the sales staff was friendly and helpful.

Expensive accessories!!! They wanted TWENTYFIVE dollars for ONE screen cover. Absolutely stupid expensive. Try Amazon first. And they are not that customer friendly. Kinda suck…

Came here the other day to pay a wireless bill and pick up a couple Apple iPhone bluetooth earpieces. The service was okay, and I came out of the store having accomplished what I needed. The only issue I had was that they only had two of the aforementioned earpieces left, and one of them had already been opened. They said that it had not been used, but I still didn’t really want to buy that particular one. However, being that I really needed it, I had no choice but to buy it. I guess the part that kind of annoyed me was that they did not even give me a discount on an already opened product. I know that is up to customer service discretion to provide the discount, but almost every other place does it. This has got to be the first that it was not straight-up offered to me. Oh well. Guess I’ll still come to this location in the future if need be.
