3 Day Blinds Shop-At-Home Services

Our third experience with 3-​Day Blinds was in the Fall of 2014, shortly after we moved to a ‘new-​to-​us’ home. Our new home needed some updates and additions to all of the windows. Tonya Pollard assisted, in every way possible, making our order/​purchase experience a positive one. Our new windows are enhanced by the beautiful (& practical) shades and valances that I chose, with Tonya’s help. Quality products and great customer service deliver a satisfied customer.

I ordered wooden blinds for my house 20 years ago so when I did a total update of the whole house I called 3-​Day Blinds again. My interior designer, Tonya Pollard, was a positive and competent designer with many terrific ideas. I knew what I liked when I saw it but didn’t know where to start. She was helpful in suggesting different options with cloth samples and a book that I could actually look at to help me imagine the outcome. I changed my mind a few times, and with her patience, I finally came to rest on a definite decision. I ordered plantation shutters for my whole house and do they look fantastic. The shutter colors blend with my flooring, wall paint, and furnishings. The installer is a stellar professional and has installed shutters for me on another house in the past. They are worth the price and the service was grand. I have never had a better experience and will refer Tonya Pollard to anyone who needs window coverings and an intelligent and talented designer! Thank you for making a satisfied customer.

Horrible experience with 3-​day blinds, spend $ 3,900.15 (11 windows) back in January. When they started installing them they looked HORRIBLE and cheap, asked them to stop installing, called the rep, Mary Connolly, she said she would take care of it. They admitted they were having manufacturing issues and would redo. However they would not answer questions regarding outcomes. Finally had to get a Lawyer involved, still not got my money back. I ordered the Honeycomb shaded that supposedly raise and lower from top or bottom, DO NOT operate correctly. BUYER BEWARE, you could be caught in their games just like me!!!
