My 2014 Jeep Wrangler had battery issues while on vacation in Vegas. I called Mike Veselik in Service and told him my dilemma. He suggested I call a Jeep dealer up there. I did and they were less than encouraging to say the least. I called Mike back and he said to bring it in on my way home. I arrived at the dealer at 4:30
and by 5:15 I was out the door on the way home to pack up for my weekend camping trip. Thanks for the great service Mike !

I have now purchased to vehicles at this location. Sales staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Forget the service contracts you will wait forever and even an oil change can take hours.

I went into the service dept for a check engine light and a problem with the cruise control. The engine light turned to be a transmission problem that took 6 days to repair. I drove home and parked for the night only to find a large puddle of transmission fluid in the driveway the following morning. I immediately returned to the service dept at 7:00 am and explained the situation and the problem was solved. I was home b 9:00am. That’s the good part. I asked who was going to clean up the large oil stain in my driveway and was told they would look into it. wtf does that mean? also the cruise control was not repaired. plus side the mopar extended service plan covered all but $ 135 of the transmission rebuild. mInus side I still have a stain in my driveway and the cruise control doesn’t function properly

I took my Jeep here for oil change, tire rotation, fix a slow leaking tire and to fix a recall. Left the there for two days. After they said it was complete, I went back to pay and pick it up, waited 1 hour to pay and them waited 20 minutes for my car. Took the car home, several days later had the a tire go flat, upon inspection, realized they never rotated the tires and apparently never repaired the slow leak. I took the car to a Big O tires and they found a drill bit stuck in the tire and 15 minutes later back on the road. I hate paying for services and never getting them and then paying a second time.

To those who give bad reviews because dealers are «cheating» you, well honestly that’s your own fault for not doing your own research.
I went in with the knowledge of what oil i wanted and what i need some to my vehicle. (being a female and saying i dont know anything is a BS excuse) DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT YOUR OWN VEHICLE OR DON’T COMPLAIN SOMEONE SCREWED YOU OVER.

4 ½ hours vehicle still not ready and all I am getting is an oil change their sign says Express Oil Change called for an appointment was told just bring it in Ask for a price to fix my blinker was told I would have to pay $ 125 dollars for an estimate I would not recommend this dealership. The only redeeming part was just before my car was brought around I complained to the management and the service manager gave me 4 free oil changes to use in the future. So I brought their rating up from a 1 star to 2 stars.
