3pm. 10 customers in line and only 2 tellers. I was #6 in line and took me 20 minutes to get to my transaction. No management or anyone around. Just sad experience for customers.

If only I was willing to do more business with BofA.
The teller was very friendly and not pushy at all when he learned that I was not a member. Just a girl trying to cash a check.
Very clean, friendly and personable staff and I got out of there pretty quickly. Considering this is one of only a few BofA’s in the area, I was surprised I didn’t have to wait too long.
