Mortgage and Credit Pro

I have used John twice now. He got us «purchase ready» after we weathered the recession with some bumps and bruises on our credit and back into a beautiful home in a wonderful small town. He hand held us all the way through and had no problem dealing with my over communicating and need to be involved all along. His responses are timely and accurate he communicated well with my realtor on the purchase of a HUD home (not the easiest purchase to make…(HUD as a result of a foreclosure action on an FHA-​insured mortgage) and we took ownership!
The next time I called Jon was less that 2 years later I told him we found our forever home, A 5 bed 2 bath 8 acre homestead that has always been a dream of hubby and I. I explained it was a bit out of $ range and he poured over the financials agreed that obtaining it would take some work but could be done. John worked with the seller and I (she lowered price because I agreed to not use a realtor –now it was in price range) explaining everything we needed to know that a realtor does as a no-​brainer he weathered quite the storm as our appraisal came back with HUGE «fix-​it» issues on the homestead delaying our escrow from 45 days to just shy of 90! John was there calming us and encouraging both parties with knowledge as to why. Well we closed and now when the morning mist is thick I look out the window and see a dark silhouette of a mustang out in pasture. The Lord blessed us and paved the way with good, people, John is one of those people. Hubby and I say by «faith & grace» we are here and couldn’t be happier!
