My husband and I made an appointment for pedicures, and I’m delighted to say that they were ready for us when we arrived. The staff was friendly, the color choices were plentiful, and the place looked very clean.
I was disappointed to see that they use the jetted foot tubs — awful for hygiene. We’ve been trying to find a place that doesn’t have those, but it seems almost impossible to do that around here.
In terms of service and quality, this place is wonderful.

I really love going to The Nail Lounge — it’s very clean, it’s decorated so cute and the staff are very friendly! They also do a great job & the prices are reasonable. I drive ½ hr. to get my nails done. It’s worth it!

I love these ladies!!! The place is so cute and clean inside it makes you not want to leave! The girls working are very helpful and will do their best to achieve what you want. Cindy, the owner, is amazing and sweet. She can do almost anything you want and is stocked with new trendy things like foils and studs. Highly recommend for a gel mani, designs, and a relaxing pedi! Love love love this place! All of the employees are so friendly and they all do an amazing job. I’ve moved out of the area and this salon is one of the things I’ve missed the most. However, I used to drive 20 minutes from West Hartford just for a manicure.
I fell in love when they did my wedding nails and jezebel (I believe that is her name) wrote «I do» in cursive on my ring finger and «love» on my right ring finger. She was so attentive and is very very creative.
This place is a gem!

I was hesitant to write a review of this salon as I am afraid it will become difficult to get an appointment. They deserve it, though. I drive from West Hartford to go to this salon — it’s that good. It is clean, the staff is friendly and they do a great job. I love the décor too, and they offer free wi-​fi. Next time you need a mani or pedi, treat yourself to The Nail Lounge.

I started coming here in the summer when they had a living social deal and have been back many times! This is by far the nicest nail salon in the area. I drive from West Hartford because everyone is so friendly, the place is beautiful and there is lots of free parking. Highly recommend The Nail Lounge!!!

I’ve been to nail lounge 4 times since they opened in July 2013 and this is my new go-​to salon. It’s modern, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. I really like the decorating and layout, they also offer free wifi which is a plus. I’ve only had mani-​pedis here so far so I can’t comment on their other services, but I know they also offer waxing.
