Friendly, clean, positive environment. Professional and knowledgeable staff. The physical therapists were highly recommended by my doctors and I can see why.

My once glowing 5 star review is now updated to a 2. Heres why: I haven’t been back in the past three years because $ 95 is too much to pay for a one hour massage. That’s more than all or almost all other places around that offer this service. One hour massages can range from $ 70-$ 85 and occasionally you can find them for less. It’s really the only thing that my scoliosis afflicted back responds to, so I’ve done my research and have been to lots of the massage therapists in the area. When I saw a Groupon that seemed to be a good deal I got it, looking forward to coming here having Beth work her magic hands on me(hopefully without too much conversation). It took three phone calls for anyone to call me back to schedule, so there’s that. Annoying, but forgivable. The person on the phone said I would be meeting with a male massage therapist who would be even better than Beth if deep tissue is what I desire. Great. Beth was good, but after these arrangments were made, I looked forward to having strong masculine hands work on my achy and sore back. Too bad I didn’t get that here. I feel bad writing this as he was super nice. I confirmed with him that I wanted deep tissue. After repeatedly telling him that he could use more pressure, I gave up. Not only did it feel like a Swedish massage to me(or what I imagine one would be like because I feel like they’d be a waste of time for me so I have never had one), but he seemed uncertain of what he was doing the entire time. Only about 3% of the time the massage felt like it was supposed to, where he’d be on a spot that brought me immense relief when he worked it, but he wouldn’t stay long enough. There was little flow or fluidity to the movements. The other 97% of the time I was frustrated, upset, and thinking to myself, «what the H» or «what the F is he doing?» Finally, I took on a more assertive approach and asked him to work on a specific area, telling him exactly what to to(«can you please dig your elbow into this spot?»). Even this didn’t work. I left more tense than when I came in. A stressful hour and waste of money.
