Overall, this is a decent store to visit and browse. I find the staff here to be very friendly and willing to help. I have also not had too many issues with inventory/​selection when seeking out something specific or shopping from a registry. We also liked all the perks we got ourselves for registering here, lots of coupons! We have spent more here than we’d like to admit. While the store can be overwhelming to browse/​find a specific item, the sections are well labeled so you typically can at least find the right section to look in. We like that we can exchange our tanks for our Sodastream here and use coupons on it, woo!
The only negative I can think of is layout, I feel like BB&B doesn’t care if there are areas that are cramped, as long as they can put in more items to sell! This also probably increases their revenue because of all the impulse purchases made when you accidentally bump into something.

If I could put a negative star I would. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Janet was rude and the leader Leah wasn’t much better. Between throwing stuff and pouting to the eyes rolling and fake smile… My husband was shocked at the treatment… Very undeserved.

After looking around home I realized I needed a quick spring update without breaking the bank. Winter blahs and house quests in a few weeks drove me shopping. Bed Bath & Beyond proved to be a great choice. Selections are here for every room of your home for small updates to major makeovers. My focus of bathroom accessories took me to that department where I found several sale items along with many clearance pieces. After all was send and done with sale/​clearance prices plus 20% coupon it was a budget friendly. Fresh look for both bathrooms without a major overhaul. Great sales, friendly staff and wonderful variety of home accessories.
