We have had multiple birthday parties here. It’s clean and the food is quite good. They even have wine and beer on tap. Having a birthday party here is so easy, they do everything for you and the prices are very reasonable. I never worry about my child getting lost or going outside because of their stamping system. Kids always love Chuckee Cheese no matter how many times they’ve been and it’s nice for the parents to relax worry free while while the kids run rampant

We are here at least once a month for a birthday party. Because it’s a good place for a kids party. Decent pizza, they let you bring in your own cake and if you book your party on line they give you extra free tokens. Place is clean and the layout is bright and open. They also stamp the adult and the kid with matching numbers when you walk in so the kid can’t leave with the wrong adult. This makes it possible to let the kids run around while you sit and chat with the other parents. Plus, they serve beer. And that’s why they get the five stars

Chuck E Cheeses’s ain’t what it used to be In 18 years of parenting I’ve been here too many times to count. Recently we gathered up all our Chuck E Cheese coinage laying around the house and have had it rattling around in a ziplock bag in the car and on a trip around town decided to stop in and spend it on a whim. Oh the fun times you can have with an 18 year old kid and an 11 year old with a load of Chuck E Cheese coins and we had a blast! They have gone beyond the crap pizza… now they have the crap Pizza and a salad bar, chicken wings and hoooray for the parents… beer and wine. The awkward animatronic characters are still there on stage though. They stamp your hand when you come in and won’t let you out until they match you up with those you came in with. That’s OK by me. My eldest calls me the«Skee Ball Shark».

Very crowded at mid afternoon and nights from Friday to Sunday. Parents don’t watch their own children, they seem to run wild and beg complete strangers for tokens/money/food! Seriously. It was a mad house. When I GPS the location it took me no where near the address. Understaffed and bathrooms not too clean. Bad teenager/tween Kids running around breaking into machines to steal tickets and no staff said a thing! Carpet not cleaned, not a lot of seats. Some games not working and the prize counter out of some prizes. Smelled beer inside. Unclean tables. Rude parents. Bad area. My kids didn’t have fun due to all the chaos and my in-laws were appalled by the place! My kids did not get to play half the games. Expand and reorganize!!! Know you got the money to do this. Better ground staff that enforces discipline to parents/kids.

Good for toddlers and young kids. Games are basic of the carnival-like variety to a few upgraded virtual sets. Eat before coming. The food offerings are horrible; low quality and paltry portions. I’m expecting DCF to be waiting for me outside when I leave for allowing my kid to eat here. Shame on me! Place is clean, juvenile staff is friendly and plenty of room to move around. Back to the food… don’t do it. Seriously…

CHAOS!!! First off people only come here for the kids to play, because if they only had the pizza they would be out of business. The only good thing I can say about this place is ordering was quick and the pizza came out fairly fast too. I can’t ever remember having pizza this bad. The only way I can think to describe it is the pizza had been left out for a day and then reheated in the oven. The crust was like cardboard and had no flavor. What do you expect for $ 20? My daughter and I played games and got tickets. When it came time to redeem the tickets only one of their counting machines was working and there was a line of 4 kids in front of us. The kid at the front of the line had about 50 individual tickets on the floor that had to be fed slowly one at a time. Finally after 15 minutes we get our done, only to wait another ten at the counter. Next time I will bribe my daughter with ice cream or something to keep from ever going back here.

So I have to start this off by saying that Almost 10 years ago, I worked at CEC as my first job. Yes, I played Chuck himself, and inbetween the hairy mouse I worked on the arcade games. It was a good experience. I have frequented CEC since I was too young to remember, so generally I know what to expect there. It’s a good place to catch the flu or a case of the runs. This particular store looks great, they expanded and almost doubled the square footage within the past couple years. We went on the 3rd of January, in mid afternoon. It was obvious they had a huge rush during the lunch time, and they were still quite busy. There were dirty tables everywhere. They needed to send someone out to do a little damage control, I don’t know where everyone was because as I looked around there was only a couple bday party servers and they were in a different section. No big deal. My issue was this, we ordered this new«flat bread» pizza. Specifically BBQ chicken. It came out with just a few bell peppers, a sprinkle of chicken, no onions(which was interesting), and this kicker was they forgot the BBQ sauce. So, we got the green pepper and chicken, sauce less paper thin pizza. I went up to the kitchen area and told them, they said we will take care of it. A girl comes back with the pizza, and they had squirted cold BBQ sauce on the top of it… Immediately the girl realized how pathetic and apologized before I could even say«uh, what is this?»: «I’m so sorry this is my first day here», I understood, and just said well can you send someone out for me? She quickly grabbed a girl who came out, rolled her eyes at me, and took the pizza. She then comes back with no pizza and says«you’ll have to go up to the front and buy a new pizza», um, no. So I went up, had to talk to a manager which thankfully quickly made us a medium three topping with almost zero questions asked, and I appreciate that. I just have to say its upsetting to see the lack of pride at the crew member level, but hey, what do you expect from nearly minimum wage earners with a room packed full of kiddos. Anyway, I didn’t completely hate the experience, I just know CEC has higher expectations. They could’ve probably used a few more employees on the clock, as I’m sure the profits could afford a little expansion to payroll. Thanks to the manager for stepping up and helping us out though. In the end it’s just CEC, I know things can get s bit crazy there when its busy. My advice is it stick with what you know, the regular pizzas, sandwiches, and wings.

This was our first time at this location. We arrived at around 6pm on a Saturday. Birthday parties were in full effect. It was packed. A little too crazy for my taste, but it might have been the hour. It is fairly large. Regarding the games not working, we encountered a few. Maybe 5. Several were out of tickets, but the staff was going around to different machines and loading them in. It might have been due to such a heavy crowd. We didn’t eat this time, just came to play. If I wanted to go to a Chuck E Cheese and was in the neighborhood, I’d come back.

Small place, crowded — and most machines and games do NOT work. Broken machines eating your tokens. Little kids standing in front of games and not actually playing them. Parents don’t care, letting them go crazy. Fun for young kids for a very, very short time. Ouch.

First of all this place is not on Biscayne, let me clear that up because you will be driving to Broward and Back trying to find this place. It is right on 199th/Ives Dairy but on the East side of Biscayne so if coming from Ives Dairy/199th West don’t turn left or right on Biscayne just continue straight right over the Bridge and if coming from Biscayne when you arrive at Ives Dairy/199th Street turn East. Hope this helps. They would get a lot more Business if this place was not so hard to find. 3 Stars Anyways with that being said and done, The Establishment. The Good ol Chuck E. Cheese. If this review were left up to my kids they wouldn’t even give 5 stars. This Chuck E. Cheese closes an hour earlier than most in the areas we visit, so that definitively takes away a star. 4 Stars The Service. As far as service its mediocre a hit or miss depending on how staffed they are for the day. One visit we waited and waited and waited to place an order and buy tokens because the girl was working the counter on both ends,(food/prizes). Another day the girl was working both ends of the counter and the floor. My gosh! talk about multitasking. Lol. But nevertheless the job got done. 3 Stars The Food. In my opinion the Pizza sucks big time but the kids love it so I guess its a Go! But very expensive though. The wings are ok actually they can be pretty good if you make sure you tell the counter girl Well Done!!! and when fresh the salad bar is Awesome 5 Stars :) and I actually think it’s reasonably priced for all you can eat. Haven’t tried or eaten anything else. Hate to say it Hate to admit it but the Soda is pretty darn good, really strong, not weak or watered down. 5 Stars. The Games. This location is small compared to others I’ve visited so not a very huge selection in games, but A-gin the kids loved them, so its a Go! 4 Stars (19 /5 = 3.8) Nineteen divided into Five leave a Rating of 4 Stars.
