The food is just okay. The one time we ate there we waited 20 minutes just for our drink order! We don’t go here often because of our experiences. They could be better!

came here while I was in town visiting my family Saturday am because mom loves the blueberry syrup here for her pancakes. Well… my oh my how it has gone down.
Server was very nice but then 2 women came in with their children. Now granted their kids were unruly, loud and throwing stuff but for the waitress to continuously make comments like oh great, or this will be fun, or why me is just rude and not good customer service. You can think it but don’t say it to other guests.
Now the food… my toast came out super cold and the rest of the food, eggs, hashbrowns and bacon and sausage came out luke warm.
Now for mom’s food… as she moved her pancake there was a long black hair in it. ICK. So of course she lost her appetite. The waitress did offer to make a new order but mom said that is ok. Then the manager came over… instead of just apologizing and leaving it at that she said very sarcastically hmmm the cook is bald and the other person has blonde hair so I don’t know where this came from looking at us. Well darling my mom’s hair is brown not jet black and although my hair is darker it is not as long as the hair that was on the plate, nor was I anywhere near her food so what exactly are you implying!!! I just thought it was rude of her. She should’ve just said I’m sorry and is there anything else we can get you.
Needless to say, if mom wants blueberry syrup we will go to the Boardman location next time I am in town!

How could a cheeseburger take 25 minutes to get out to the table? Only place open after a long day. I thought I ordered «simple» It was a good burger. Fries were just ok. They were not very hot. Kind of expensive. Over $ 10 with a drink.
