Anmarie was soo kind! She was very patient and helpful when i was trying to find my ‘style’…surpassed previous reviews i had read about the store. When i got excited, so did she! She worked with me about putting a personal spin a ring i loved. I was very well taken care of there.

I recommend this location to anyone that wants great customer service! I was helped by a young lady named Emerald and she helped me through out the whole selection and even tried her best to get the rings ready and sized by the wedding date! ;-) it’s a great place to purchase jewelry for any occasion!

Completely and totally useless staff. I went to have my watch adjusted and the guy threw a temper tantrum at having to do it. He strutted around the store as though he was working at Tiffany’s and not a Zales OUTLET in a garbage shopping center on the frontage road, next door to a Game Stop. After this and fighting on a return credit they owed me, I cut up my Zales credit card. This company is horrible to do business with and appreciates their customer’s about as much as one would appreciate a punch in the face.

This store needs to fire everyone and rehire because there customer service is horrible. Never been treated this way considering I’m a customer who buys a lot from Zales. I turned in my ring to get repaired on 12⁄10 and was told it would be done by Christmas and when I called it wasn’t in yet, I called too many times to count, January 2 I call to ask about my ring. Margaret says well did the repair place call you? And I said no. She says well then it probably not in but I guess I can check. She comes back on the phone to ask my first name and last and then says its in! Are you kidding me? Last time I checked and every repair I’ve ever had done Zales always contacts me, I shouldn’t be the one checking up on them. I will not be going to this store ever.

I will NEVER buy from there again. March 23 I got my engagement ring in to get repair. It is May 17 and NORING. No one ever answers the phone there. I have tried to go in but they have one or two people working, and they never have a clue. It is so frustrating.

Not a fan of this Zales location, ATALL. My boyfriend bought me a ring at the south Zales Outlet location, and I needed to get it resized. This location is right by my work so it was more convenient for me. I went in about 30 min after they opened. The ladies behind the counter were nice enough and greeted me right away, which was good. However, it pretty much went down hill from there. First they looked up my bf’s account to see if the ring was under warranty — after I’d already told them it wasn’t. Then they made an unnecessary big deal about him having three accounts in their system. To me, this doesn’t seem like a big deal, but they way they presented it made it seem like he was shady or something. After lots of whispering back and forth they agreed«this one has to be it» and announced that it in fact was not under warranty. Duh! I could have saved you 15 min if you’d have listened to me the first time. Then I was told it would be $ 65 to resize the ring and it would take two weeks. Whoa! We were told on the phone, albeit by the south location, that it would cost $ 50 to get the ring sized and would only take a day or two. She then explained that it would be cheaper to add the warranty at this point for only $ 35. Well, sounds like a deal to me! I gave her my ID and she went to town on her computer… then after another 15 min or so she announces«Ma’am, this ring was pre-owned. We can’t warranty that.» I wish Unilocal had soundbites because they WAY she said that«pre-owned»… like he’d stolen it off a dead nun or something! At this point I was losing my patience. Yes, he has three accounts. Maybe because he’s purchased from your store before? Yes, it’s pre-owned… WHOCARES?! It’s not like it was an engagement ring or something! The overall attitude of these ladies was appalling. EVERY customer counts. The guy that buys the gazillion dollar engagement ring AND the sweet fellow who just snagged a little pre-owned something for his woman on a whim. Customer service seriously eluded these women. At this point, I requested my «pre-owned» ring back and left the store. I will take it to a jeweler and have it sized. And I will wear my «pre-owned» and un-warrantied ring with pride. Jerks!

I went into this location for the first time today to get my wedding band(which was purchased at a Zales Outlet in Allen, Tx) inspected and cleaned. I was generally pleased with my brief experience in the store, except for one issue that I’ll get to in a minute. So, here’s the good bits first: The store was clean, well-lit, comfortably laid out, and appeared to have a good selection of items. The saleswoman who helped me was nice, efficient, and even offered to clean my engagement ring(which was purchased at a competing jewelry store) in addition to my wedding band. On to the not-so-good bit: While I appreciated the saleswoman offering to clean my engagement ring, I was less than pleased by her string of negative comments about the ring’s platinum prongs in which the diamond is set. She told me that I should really consider getting the prongs switched out for white gold because«platinum prongs are more likely to let the stone pop out.» I’m not sure where she got this information, but(to the best of my knowledge) this is woefully incorrect. My husband did a significant amount of research specifically on the pros and cons of white gold vs. platinum before deciding to pay extra for the more durable platinum prongs when he had my ring made(as white gold prongs can occasionally break under stress, or require redipping in rhodium to keep their white shine over time). Another less than glowing moment was when the saleswoman whipped out a metal paperclip from somewhere, unbent it a bit, and used it to poke at the diamonds in my wedding band. I assume this was to make sure that none of the stones were coming loose, and obviously it couldn’t scratch the stones, but Really? A Paperclip? My final take on this place: While I’m not thrilled with the unsolicited advice or the makeshift paperclip-diamond-checker, my trip to this store was pretty short and I came way with both of my rings clean and sparkly.

I love the sparkly baubles. This is a great location with great service. I come here regularly. Zales offers a great selection with customer service. They also offer discounted pieces and quality diamonds. I’d love to shop here every day if I could afford it.
