I have been a client of Work It Training for more than 5 years now; their circuit training«Body» class is an integral part of my workout routine and has kept me in the best shape of my life. I have also done one-on-one personal training with several of their trainers, and without exception they have been personable, professional, skilled and honestly interested in their clients’ success. Work It Personal Training is like no other fitness club I’ve ever been to. I recently attended a clinic with a few softball teammates where the entire session was personalized to help us improve our skills on the field. Shane, our trainer, was very professional and really knew when to slow down or push us harder. I highly recommend Work It to anyone looking for a truly«Personal Training» experience.

I hate to work out. And I mean HATE! However, the people at the afternoon boot camp can usually get me to forget how much I hate it. I have been in the afternoon boot camp for almost 2 years now. Bert(the boot camp trainer) is amazing! He is always switching things up. It’s impossible to get bored. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people!

I work out with Angel. She is a great trainer and super sweet as well. She seems really knowledgeable and has worked as a trainer and dance instructor for a while so she has a big range of talents that she brings to her training style. Kyle is really nice too. The facility is clean and new and they have an adorable bird mascot.

I wonder who Ron M. is. His report could not be farther from my experience. Kyle, et al are the most professional and best trainers I have ever worked with and as a «man of a certain age,» and having lived in Austin for 40 years, I have trained with several people. The gym is extremely clean, the trainers monitor your workouts from workout to workout and vary the exercises so that your workout is never boring. I’ve been going to Work It Personal Training for several months now. I was slightly intimidated but have found all the different trainers very supportive and demanding. Every time I leave I feel like they have gotten the very max out of me. Each trainer has a innovative, fun and challenging approach. Since working out with Work It, I’m wearing clothes that haven’t fit me in years and am on track to lose WAY more. My energy and stamina have increased and I have gained a lot more strength. I truly feel that they are encouraging me to change how I live. Mostly my focus has been on the studio training but they also offer Boot Camps that they do at different parks around town. I cannot recommend Work It any higher for anyone looking for a personal trainer.

AMAZING! Kyle with Work It Personal Training is wonderful, flexible, encouraging, and fun to work with. I have always wanted to get in tip top shape, but never had the drive or motivation to do so. After three months of working out with Kyle, I am in the best shape of my life and now I LOVE to work out and I love feeling great about myself! I have been very very impressed with Kyle and his trainers(Eric and Shane) at Work It Personal Training. I have trained with Eric for a while and he does an excellent job. Eric gives a really intense workout. I usually burn about 550 – 650 calories in about 50 – 60 minutes with Eric. I am very impressed with his attention to detail and professional attitude I have just started training with Shane in his Work It Warriors group training at Pease Park. Shane really gets your blood going. He comes up with creative and intense exercises that make you feel it. Then Shane ends each Warriors session with a group relay race that is intimidating yet incredibly fun each time. Overall, I have been very impressed with Kyle and his trainers. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide intense workouts.

About a year ago I turned 32(I’m writing this on my 33rd birthday), and I started to realize that I wasn’t indestructible any more. When I started with Kyle at Work It I was 200 lbs with 33% body fat. Today I am 170 lbs with 20% body fat and moving lower. All the success is attributed to the hands on approach that Kyle uses.
