Whataburger is pretty good and one of the best fast food places around. I find more often than not, the line is long and you are waiting extremely long for food(even when its not busy!). Be prepared for that in case you are in a rush.

Came here at 10PM with three starving children. This event was a momentous occasion as on this night we celebrated their very first Whataburger experience. Here are their remarks: «I ordered the A1 Thick and Hearty Burger. It was pleasantly thick, but I felt greasy after this dining experience instead of hearty.» Child 1, age 13. «As my food was delivered to my table, I noticed the server dropped exactly three and one fourth of a fry. The server unknowningly stomped on the fries like an upset Gordon Ramsey. The fries were delicious» Child 2, age 11. «This place is basically a Texas style McDonald’s. I’d rather go to Denny’s when eating greasy food late at night.» Child 3, age 11.

So as much as I love this chain it pisses me off when I get double charged for my order. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager and explained what happened. She was very rude and said how do I know you aren’t lying. I explained that I checked my account online and it shows that I was double charged and I have the reference number to prove it. She then tells me to come back with the receipt to show her. I begin to get very irritated and explained to her that I’m on vacation, I don’t live in Texas but I have the reference numbers to prove the charges were made one after another for the same amount and they are in sequence. The manager then states that I need to call back tomorrow and speak to the owner. I asked to have the owner contact me and the so called manager hung up the phone on me. Real professional, I would never treat a customer like that. I will see what the outcome will be like tomorrow.

I’ve tried out different Whataburgers in the area based on speed, quality of service, and food quality. I must say, this one actually tops them all! I went here a couple nights ago and got through the drive-thru in under 5 minutes(usually I spent 15 – 20 at the Bell Blvd location or 10 – 15 at the Parmer location) with hot fries and hot burgers, plus the cashier at the window was extremely friendly. I highly recommend going to this Whataburger over the others in the area if possible.

Fish my fav but when they miss the bun its tragedy. Next time no mayo. The maynais was so much that it was melting and all over my hands. Pure mess. Not enough lettuce. Cheese was plentiful and nice large fish patty.

I normally do not review fast food places they screw up. But the«chophouse«burger is out and I thought it was yet another homerun by Whataburger.

I don’t see what all of this is about. Spent time in Texas and was told this place is the in n out of Texas. Yuck– the plainest burger you will ever have on top of the fact that they forgot the cheese and bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. Don’t waste your money and go to chick fil-a. The fries don’t help the burger but I must say they get one star for an «ok» chocolate shake.

Friendly service at this Whataburger. I tried the Buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich because of a coupon. I was wondering is this real food? Something didn’t taste right. Fries ok. I wish whataburger had regular lemonade without the nutrasweet and being diet. I just want plain, sweetened lemonade like they have next door at chick fil a. I am glad that you can get your burger or sandwich on a WHEAT bun. That keeps me choosing whataburger over other fast food burger places.

Breakfast is good, especially their biscuits. Good burgers. Fries are really dry and honestly worse than mcdonalds. Chicken is breaded and fried too long, if you want chicken go to the chikfila right next door or the bush’s on 620. Great service as always because whataburger is like that.

Yesterday my meal was messed up at another location. I came in and asked if they could take care of me. Michael M. Was more than willing and he went above and beyond my request to appease me. The empowerment of this manager and his decision to take care of his customer were a pleasantry not seen much in restaurants. Thank you! It was delicious!

They take forever! I know it’s all«fresh» food but it’s still a damn drive thru… they need to get it together. Waiting more than 10 minutes is ridiculous! Love me some Whataburger but I seriously hate how loooooong it takes to get a frickin’ burger.

Slowest service known to man. Also, I go in now because the drive through takes 15 minutes and the guys back there making your burgers ARENOT wearing gloves. I mean it’s disgusting. I watched the on guy on the line removing and replacing pans, going in the cold storage up front(I think salads are there) wipe the sweat off his forehead and keep on making burgers. Never washed his hands, never put on gloves.

The worst!!! We asked for no onions so we got all of the onions. When my husband(who is allergic to onions) got sick the manager asked us if we wanted to come back for our order? Very poor customer service to say the least.

The food is what you expect, no point in writing about that. But this is one of the better kept locations I’ve visited. Tables and floors are clean, unlike many other places. Staff is also very friendly and competent. Close to numerous office buildings as well.

I don’t usually do fast food reviews, but I love this Whataburger on 620, they always have friendly staff, and what can you say about their food, ALWAYS the best fast food around, I just wish I had a Whataburger in Leander, come’on Whataburger, we need you up there! I am always satisfied with breakfast and lunch at Whataburger, the sausage biscuits and the #1 on lunch menu always work best for me, price and taste.

BURGERREVIEW: So, I had the pleasure of introducing my mom to Whataburger. They don’t seem to have them in Richmond VA, while they’re ubiquitous in Texas. I opted for the Chophouse Cheddar Burger, and it delivered. This, once again, falls under the category of «I hope my cardiologist doesn’t read this” – A blissful double patty topped with grilled onions, bacon, and a steak sauce(I can’t recall if they advertised that it’s A-1 or not, but it’s tasty!) Great flavor, and juicy – not dried out, but not greasy, either.(OK, maybe a hint of the GOOD grease) I swear, I really am trying to eat a more heart-healthy diet. Scout’s honor. But on those indulgence days, I could go for one of these in a second!

«WHAT A BURGER!!!» did not come across mind after i took the first bite. Not even after i finished the whole meal. Sorry but I think I will stick with HopDoddy, In-N-Out, White Castle, Chick-Fil-A, and McDonald’s instead :(
