Coco the manager treated my wife and I like family.
My wife is on a low sodium diet and made sure the food was prepared with that in mind.

This is a short but sweet review for management. Rolando not only worked the register and expedited food but he also was able to take time to walk the dining room to greet customers. Rolando embodies what good management ca do. Thank you for a great experience

Wendy’s Lakeway is not that great compared to the others… I ordered tje 10 piece spicy nuggets a fruit punch and a jr frosty… I was told that the nuggets will be a 5 minute wait and had to pull forward… so okay I’ll wait… when I got my food… i didn’t get my sauce or my frosty so I locked my doors amd went inside… my fries were stale and my nuggets were warm not hot… if I had to wait 5 minutes the nuggets should be hot… one nugget was hot the other nine were warm… I think they mixed the nuggets… I dont think this establishment cares about Unilocal

Saw all the reviews of poor service and said «well there’s only 7 total reviews, how bad could it be?» That was a mistake. Ordered a #8 with no lettuce and no tomatoes. They decided to leave off the bacon and cheese as well. Never going to this location again. It was my first time, and my last.

The food was good and inexpensive. A junior cheeseburger, small chili and baked potato. The cashier was super friendly and efficient. The cook was server was slow but I wasn’t in a hurry.

Cannot believe the service at this place, it goes from bad to worse every time we go. They get orders wrong most of the time, don’t card attitude, never ask if we need condiments, forget toys in kids meals, etc. I’m in shock that it’s still open after years of terrible service, so it totally falls on the owner’s shoulders. I guess they just don’t care either and must treat their employees badly since the service is subpar and turn over seems high. I even tried calling to complain after being asked to pull forward to wait for a side of fries, and was completely forgotten about. It took me over 20 minutes to get back thru the line. Couldn’t go in bc of a sleeping baby in the car. No one answered the phone, not even a vm. Never EVER going back.

Service was quick and friendly, food was hot and tasty… this store has had service issues in the past, but they are working to improve them, and it shows.
The new manager cares for the employees, and customers, and took a few minutes to check in with us, and chat, in a non-​obtrusive, pushy way.
Edit: this has seriously declined. Don’t know if they got rid of the manager, or what happened, but they are never prepared for orders, have no clue about customer service and are just lacking all around.

Well, I had thought that by now this location would have a NEW Crew and I was right. BUT to my surprise they were worse than the first crew. Ordered a bacon cheese burger for my son, cheese burger for my other son. I had seen this new salad I wanted to try so I ordered the Asian Chicken Cashew Salad.
Ok we get home and get set to eat. They forgot the bacon on the bacon cheese burger, spicy roasted cashews on the salad were «No where to be found!» Neither was the salad dressing. WTF?
Now get this, to avoid problems (at least I had thought) I walked in for the order and didn’t use the drive thru. LOTFLOL!!!
So with that NO MORE CHANCES Wendy’s in Lakeway!!!
We are done with you for good!!! I cannot believe that this location has been opened for this long with this kind of service and quality of meals served here. Unbelievable to say the least.

Talk about rude service. Start to finish, I always wait about 6 months before trying again, and each time leave saying the SAME thing, I’m NEVER coming back!
