I ate here frequently when I worked in the area. It was always really busy at lunch time but they were good about getting people through the line quickly. The food was pretty good for fast food, and the staff was generally friendly. I often did the online reviews they hand out on the receipts and gave them good points. I’d keep going here if I hadn’t moved jobs.

It’s your typical fast food joint… Closest Wendy’s from my work place. Not too busy and fast service. While dining in, I also got a free mini frosty and a greeting from the manager(I believe). Very nice service!

It’s fast, my order was correct, the staff was pleasant, the restaurant was clean, and it’s right by my office. What else can you ask for from fast food?

Love the new strawberry fields salad with spicy chicken. The blue cheese tops off the flavor nicely!

My nephew and I just hurt ourselves wolfing down a #3 combo. Man! Great service and great combo each! Triple meat, baby! Food was hot, fresh, and our order was correct! It’s not even crowded so we actually sat inside. Glad we could do this on a Saturday afternoon.

They always get my order right and I order retarded stuff… Chicken nuggets w one ranch and one BBQ sauce, fries w a side of nacho cheese, bacon cheeseburger w mustard and pickles only. Etc. Never had it wrong. Drive through sometimes takes a minute and it’s in the ghetto so there will probably be some fools wiling in the parking lot while waiting in line but it ain’t bad and certainly ain’t the worse. It is what it is, yo, and that’s a Wendy’s off Cameron/Dessau.

Fast food is what it is. I typically avoid these places for many reasons. I was hungry, in a hurry and needed food now. It held me over till dinner but this place isn’t on my radar for quality food. It’s a mega chain with many fat grams and calories per serving. I probably gained 3 lbs from lunch which was a plain single burger, fries and a Dr. Pepper. Forgive me Lord.

We’re here @ 8pm not too busy but crew in the back keep making mistakes with orders… but I give kudos to Mr. Edwin!(I think he is a manager) He has excellent customer service skills and made everything right with anyone who had an issue. He even gave us extra fries for waiting a bit to order our food. Things kept happening before he could get to the other end of the room, but he handled everything with care and good leadership.

Wendy’s used to be my favorite after work go-to place. This location is the closest one to my new apartment, and let me tell you… i’ve been there 4 times and they have NOTONCE gotten my order even close to correct. Things they somehow manage to mess up: –No straw, fork, spoon, napkins, whatever you could possibly need to actually eat your meal. –Oh, you wanted a baked potato? Well, it’s 2pm, so we’re obviously out. –_– -(Next visit) Oh, we actually have a scrawny little potato today! BUT, hope ya like ‘em plain n dry cause we’re going to leave the sour cream and butter out of your bag. –Twice they have completely left my fries out of the bag. One time I went inside to get them because there were 6 cars in the drive-thru and noone came to the counter to ask me what I needed, instead an employee walked right past me and locked the door because apparently they were closing the dining room(10+ MINUTESEARLY). He stood next to the door and refused to help me, which was the last straw. –They have given me a salad with terrible wilted lettuce, squishy raisin-like tomatoes, and no dressing. I’m over you, Wendy’s.

There are some good folks at the counter, but waiting 15 minutes for fast food — even after the lunch rush — is not do-able. So here are some suggestions that corporate may find useful(I know you read Unilocal reviews — if you don’t, then start!): 1. Move the drink station from the line to the condiment bar.(This will save your cashiers a minute each having to scoop ice, fill up cups, wait for the fizz to go down, and then top them off. It will also eliminate the awkwardness of customers asking for a refill. At 20 cents per fill it’s a minimal expense to allow the customers to refill their own cups.) 2. With the extra counter space put in an extra cash register and move them all over to make room for a place to wait on orders to come up. 3. Expand the condiment bar by removing two of the FOUR trash cans.(This will also save time and the cost of trash bags, as well as make room for the drink station.) 4. Get rid of the cattle pens.(You know, those cordons that tell us where to line up? We’re adults. Well, most of us.) Thanks for reading. Love what you’ve done to the place, otherwise!
