I’ve been a big fan of BK every since it open in Texas. Great place for a quit bite.

One of a few times having to go to my office for a meeting a colleague. He wanted to grab something fast to eat and suggested going to Burger King. I have not been to Burger King or any fast food in years. So I decided to be a good participant and go venture off with him. It was not too far from the office and located in a semi shady part of town and next to a busy highway. We parked and walked in where it was not crowded even at lunch time. Like any fast food you have choices of packaged meal plans or buy them separately. I selected #1 cheeseburger, fries and a drink. This was an older place but did have the new coke vending machine where one spout pours out different variety of drinks. The seating are looked kind of clean but dated. I did not see a playground. Very quickly my order was ready and grabbed a few napkins. They also had a bowl of peppermint candies and I got one. We drove back to the office, sat down and opened my bag. The burger and fries tasted good but my body was starting to get shocked from the high sodium count in the burger. I am sure the calorie count is high too, but for one time is was acceptable and the price was good. I’ll work off this burger and hopefully a different place will selected the next day.

Positives. 1) The food is still pretty good. Burger King makes a good burger from a fast food standpoint. 2) They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. Negatives. 1) The lunch rush is something they can’t seem to grasp. The kitchen is slinging out burgers, chicken, and fries so quickly that the assistant manager at the register can’t keep up. He’s shuffling between order-taking and calling out orders to be delivered. In the process, several orders(including mine) don’t get called out and they have to go back and figure out where your food is. 2) Probably because of the lunch rush, but quite a few of the drink mixes in the Coke machine were empty. It’s fast food and I have low expectations, so I’ll probably go back.

Both times I’ve been here, late at night and in the afternoon-evening times, the fries were fresh and the burgers were good. When I went later at night, they had to make more fries, and the wait was maybe five minutes total, which isn’t that long, but the guy at the window apologized for the wait, which I really appreciated. Plus, the coupons for BK are ridiculously awesome right now. I’d say it’s improved a lot from the time of the last few reviews.

I like Burger King… they have great burgers. But this Burger King? they’ve gotten Drive through orders wrong the food never seems fresh, they’ve had problems taking my order. This is one of the worst Burger Kings I’ve been to in the country. I’m not sure if this location is corporate or franchise but someone should look into seeing that it gets improved.

This was the worse customer service experience I have had for a 5 minute drive thru experience. I went to grab lunch for my co-workers and I felt I had a pretty simple order. I ordered 3 large ice teas,(one unsweet) and one grilled chicken sandwich, grilled sandwhich meal, chicken strip meal and a 10 piece chicken tenders. I was interrupted several times while ordering and Lily(found out her name later) seemed to be making a simple order much harder than it needed to be. When I got up to the window they said they were out of tea and had only sweet. Then quickly changed their statement and stated they were out of sweet tea and only had rasberry. I said fine. I asked for one meal to be paid for one card and the balance on mine. The Manager behinf her stated we they could not do that. I asked again as I have done it before and the card was quickly grabbed out of my hand and processed. She then handed me the bags and I asked for more ketchup and was told there was some already in bag — when I glanced in bag — there was 3 packets. I asked for more and some sauce for the strips. She threw in a few more kecthups and 2 sauces. I took bags and she literally slammed the drive thru door on me. I was willing to overlook that until I got back to the office and both my co-worker and I agreed, the chicken sandwhiches were awful. So, I called and explained the situation and she said yes, she was the one that took the order and I could come back and get another one. NOAPOLOGIES whatsover. My co-worker went back up to get them — the Manager told her she advised me that receipts were needed — My co-worker brought the sandwhiches back that were un-eaten. She then asked for a Whopper instead. They said they would give her one but with nothing on it… NICE! Will never go back!
