CLEAN but has it’s downfalls… Pros Clean Friendly staff Convent location(you feel safe) Cons Hot water takes for ever to warm up! You have to let it run 20 minutes before u can shower. & the worst thing ITISLOUD kids running up and down hallways banging around all hours of the night the men that get up at 5 am to go to work laugh and socialize in the hallway. I had a 3 month old so this was just not a good thing for us. But if your on a tight budget these things are minor and live able.

We extended our stay in Austin, TX but did not want to pay $ 100 a night at some of the other hotels. At this extended stay we paid ~$ 370 for the whole week, not a bad deal at all! They have plenty of security measures in place, such as performing background checks on all their customers to make sure there are no sex offenders. Also you cannot enter the hotel without the hotel key, and there are cameras at every corner. The rooms just had the bare minimum but at least it was clean. The only thing is that the walls were very thin, you could practically hear your neighbor’s whole conversation. Also if there are people staying above you, you could hear the footsteps reverberate through the floors. In addition, if you have a room facing the highway, you could hear the traffic from your room. Bring some earplugs! There’s a Whataburger right next to the hotel. Also on-site laundry facility is a plus. Overall, if you don’t mind the noise, give this place a try.

Very affordable if you are extending your stay, very clean and a very friendly crew running this place. Me and my family stayed for three weeks and enjoy the place. I recommend this place for anyone that doesn’t want to spend lots of money on extended stay as I have shopped around don’t waste your time to look around. The extra services they offer if you want to purchase are very inexpensive. Now they have WIFI and it’s fast. The place is very safe specially if you have a family. I recommend it and we will be back in the future.

My experience totally different from those in 2012. Wonderful stay… safe, clean, convenient. Not a lot of fluff, but all that I required, necessities only. I would stay here again and recommend this to others. I needed a place that was not real expensive and not a dump, not someplace where you have to bring your own sheets! I was prepared with my sheets but did not need them. Inexpensive, no extras, clean, safe. I found the staff helpful. Any extras, you must pay, okay. But they were clean safe and convenient; right off I-35, one exit from grocery and next door to my favorite Texas burger joint.

Avoid this place if possible. Lots of hidden fees. I’ve had my rate changed 3 times since I started living here about a month ago, and I’m finally escaping next week. This place has the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever met. The lady I have to see 90% of the time is a rude, and angry woman. The manager IS nice, but she is rarely seen. If you want to know how much you are paying, avoid this place. To be fair, it is clean. The cleaning staff has come once in the last month, but I can keep clean myself so that’s not a huge issue. Maybe I’m having these problems because of how full they are at the moment, so they care less, but I wouldn’t want to give it another shot during dry season.
