Chris drove all the way out to Lockhart to get us into our rental property that had been abandoned by the tenant. When I called I said I needed our rental house rekeyed, but forgot to mention that we didn’t have a key to the property. He was such a trooper, he calmly said, ok let me see what tools I have and I’ll get it opened. The whole process of getting us in the house and getting all the locks rekeyed took less than an hour. He was super professional & the fee was very reasonable. I live in San Diego and had no idea who to call so I relied on reviews like this to find someone for the job.

I locked myself out of my house last Saturday night. After finding a phone (didn’t have mine with me either!) and looking up different late night locksmiths, I was able to get in contact with Marshall. Even at 945pm, he answered his phone. He estimated that he would be at my location in about 45 minutes and was actually about 15 minutes early. He called when he was a few miles away, which I really appreciated. Once he got to my house, he was very professional and had all of the simple paperwork and his tools ready. He was able to unlock the door within about 10 minutes and processed my payment in about 5. It was, all in all, a very easy and pleasant transaction, given the circumstances. I hope to not have to use their services again, but I will definitely use Urgent Lock and Key if necessary and recommend Marshall whole-​heartedly.

Very helpful service. I accidentally lost my car keys and I didn’t have a spare. I’m very pleased with their service. They came very quickly and the price is pretty good for making a new key. I recommend them if you ever happen to lose your car keys. They’ll take care of you right away.

My car was stuck at One Stop Automotive in Cedar Park due to my ignition switch, which suspiciously became inoperable after a free oil change. Not wanting to pay a shady mechanic $ 90 for a diagnostic, I contacted Urgent Lock & Key. He quoted me a price over the phone and assured me that if he couldn’t fix it, he would not charge me a dime. He was on-​site within 20 minutes and had my car started in no time. He was friendly, professional and warranties his work for 90 days. On a hot frustrating Saturday, he was my hero!
